    Don't bother going here. Worst place ever. They are liars. I get it they are in car sales but they are deceitful. I purchased the 2010 white expedition that is currently on their lot. It has a cam phaser issue. They swear they had it fixed previous to putting it out for sale. The problem still exists. They sold it to me knowing this, not telling me and gave me a 6 month guarantee they normally don't give out. Luckily I bargained to return it since I still had the title for my trade in and they sent it to the auction already. They put it back on the lot for resale right away. Then they said the truck was fine after I returned it. I had two mechanics verify this was the problem. I have videos of it knocking and sent it to them. They ignored me. Buyer be aware and run. Trust me. Go to a real car dealership. Do not trust them and do not buy the 2010 white expedition on their lot.So the only reason I chose to buy another vehicle from them was that I was afraid I was going to lose my down-payment and trade in. Also I bought it the time we did so we could get some work done on my other car while on vacation. But because of the cam phaser issue it was not driveable. So we had to rent a vehicle as well. The vehicle runs great until you come to a stop at times and it sounds like a ***** built diesel truck engine knocking. This is not good at all. And when I drove it home from their lot the check engine light came on right away. Nice of them to clear the codes out of the computer prior to selling it. And of course they would not honor fixing it but swore he would mail a new o2 sensor when he sent the license plates. Just kept telling me to wait until the warranty kicks in. So I ended up spending 380 on new sensor and cam position sensor as well. Which was an indication that something was wrong and again clearing the codes out I never new. I am disgusted with my purchase and regret it.

    You say that my statement is not true The issue was there as you admitted to the issue after I called you about the cam phaser issue. You claimed you had it fixed by a mechanic who works for **** but does it on the side. No real verification of him actually doing the work. If he did fix it he shouldve guaranteed his work and shouldve taken it back. All i got in response was that he did not want to talk to any customers. Makes me believe you lied about the repair. You cleared the codes before puttimg it on the lot to hide issues. You lie that you tried to call me and I never got back to you. Trust me if you would call I would've answered as I wanted resolution. In fact I called you multiple times and everytime you said you would call me back you never did. I was willing to work with you but no decency to callback when you said you would. If you want to pull out phone records to show this then let's go with that. The only time I received a call was for the title of my trade in by *****. No one called me for my issues. Once i said i was not handing the title over then did i get the respect to have someone listen to me. The only one who listened was the finance company who was working with the fraud department to return the vehicle. Yes you sold me another vehicle with no car fax, a/c compressor shot, exhaust leak, sunroof inoperable all for a price that was for excellent condition. This was not obviously. The only reason why I bought from you the second time was due to the reason I would've lost my large down payment if I did not buy from you. You're a fraud. Lies, lies all lies.
