We spent $47,000 on renovations through this company. *** came himself to do the work.We had a lot of work done including a complete kitchen Reno a bathroom Reno and walls done: We had him install a kitchen floor and an attached laundry area. We told him what color and what we would like. He suggested a particular flooring being our home was older. It was a glue down wood look laminate type. And told many reasons why we needed that floor. We trusted his advice and agreed. Shortly after the floor was installed the tiles began to come up and shift. He came over and re applied some glue to those stating it was from the heat coming up from the basement. He handed us a bottle of glue for any future tiles. However the glue is not holding them. We called again explaining how dissatisfied we are with the floor and asked if he could put a different floor down. He told us it would be an addition $5,500. We were not happy with that response and still tried to glue the tiles down one by one. However they are all coming up. We can literally lift every tile up. Come to find out he laid it on particular board which the glue will not adhere to. Again asking for a resolution. He refuses to replace the floor he installed. We are going to file a civil complaint if he does not offer a resolution. We were not disappointed with the rest of his work. And have recommended him to family and friends, however this issue has changed our mind about Wiamer construction. He could of met us halfway but chose to ignore our complaints. Bad for business!!!!!
