On August 10th I went to a con to submit 8 autographed articles of actress Marilyn Monroe For authentication following my Sister's instructions. I'm her full-time caregiver she has stage 4 cervical Cancer in my Rush I realized after the fact that I grabbed for the wrong articles as they already been authenticated and not authentic. Immediately upon realizing this mistake I contacted the company on August 12th. Infomed not to do any work as four of them were an error they kept dragging us along for a week after week first I talked to an employee name Dawn who was reassuring and then referred me to her supervisor Karen I was either hoping that I could resubmit four other articles or a refund of half the funds and then resubmit at a better time. Instead I was strung along Karen became belligerent accused me of changing my story then saying oh she was going to refund me half my money but I chose this avenue that it came to a point that all I want is a refund and to never do business with them again. $800 was put on a credit card the other $800 was paid in cash they have done no service for me and I asked him to stop service to resolve this matter and all I received was 6 weeks of aggravation. I acid you please help because I am overwhelmed

I brought multiple signed posters and photos to a ine day event. The company charged $750 and only authenticated 2 items, the rest, rejected. They handed me "rejection letters", for each of the items rejected. The letter of rejection is a pre-printed page, with a list of "clues", as why an item is rejected. The letters of rejection is a template, and nothing was added as the reasons of the rejection. One Back to the Future poster was bought by me in 2013 from ***** came with a certificate of authentication. This item was rejected. The signatures are a match to other samples easily gotten in the Internet.I was fraudulently induced to spend this money, because when I handed the items, their reaction was: Wow!!!, that's nice !!!, inducing me to believe that they agreed about the items being genuine, and fir them, 3 hours later, to tell me with "a sad face", that they have bad news. The firm didn't even bother to mark in the preprinted list of reasons, which was the reason for the rejection, and , moreover, didn't do it for a fuve signatures poster.I got this poster from an **** seller in the ** in 2013.

Submission #****** *** with unnecessary remark *** inscription was penned in the hand of ************************This submission was made with an ************************* autograph alongside his picture on the outside of the booklet. It was the prominent item. ***re were two other autographs inside the booklet, ********************* (****) and ***********************, that were secondary to that of *****. We asked for a Letter of Authenticity. When we received it, it contained the remark, *** inscription was penned in the hand of ***********************. We immediately felt the remark detracted from the intent of the **** After a number of emails back and forth with JSA where we were trying to somehow correct that remark, JSA refused to work with ** to change it in any way. When we finally asked them just to remove it entirely, we were told Because the item has an inscription from ***********************, it is our policy to notate that on the *** so the item can be most easily identified. It is their way of identifying the piece as they have no other means of identification. Our complaint is that leaving the remark on the *** obviously detracts from the booklets ultimate sale value. It is not our problem how they manage inventory. It should not impact upon the project we paid them to do. We would ask that the *** be reprinted without the remark regarding *********************** or any other detracting remarks.

I brought in two autographed jerseys to be authenticated. I know for 100% certain they are authentic, as they were signed in person. I paid $190 for authentication certificates. JSA would not authenticate the jerseys, and would not refund me the $190, even though they are authentic.

I paid for insurance on $5000 declared value for submission W223665 and their shipment to me failed. Signature required was a mandatory action for this shipment, and *** driver either intentionally misrepresented delivery, faked signature, and left package outside and it was then stolen, or *** driver presented delivery, faked signature, and stole the package, or it was returned to sender. In any event, nobody was home to receive this shipment and therefore it should have been safely held at *** until a re-delivery could be arranged. Absolutely no signature was obtained. In light of ***** driver kidnapping and killing a 7 year old girl in **, the complainant absolutely believes *** driver has manufactured false information, forged signature, and stolen the property.JSA has an obligation to honor an insurance claim that their customer paid for, and claimant is owed $5000 per the declared value that he has a right to utilize with an insurance claim. To date, no check has been received.

To date, this company has not honored the declared value insurance claim that I paid for in submission W223665 Their shipment to me was not delivered, and if it was, *** absolutely did not obtain a signature. No one was home at the time of any supposed delivery, and re-delivery should have been made. Because *** either did not deliver at all, or lied and pretended to get a signature, but didn't, for whatever motive unknown, my property is either lost, back with JSA, or stolen by a *** employee.Whether or not the *** driver lied and said delivered, but actually stole the package after marking it delivered, or returned to ******* as tracking suggests, is irrelevant. What is irrelevant is that *** did not get a signature from anyone at ***** ******. They did not obtain a signature. *** violated policy and the requirements of the shipment.JSA is therefore required to file an insurance claim and reimburse me for the declared value of the shipment. To date they have not paid me on the insurance claim I am entitled to.If this complaint does not resolve, will file a lawsuit against JSA next.
