    Worst company to deal with, with terrible customer service, no communication, and not even the professionals needed to do the job. Took over a year and only completed the job because we were in danger of fines. Stay clear away from them.

    With regard to the Angry and Abusive Accusations to Petro Jersey Industries (PJI) by *********************************** and Pillar of Fire.Note: The claims against PJI are Unfounded and always show up when its time to pay the bill, as in this case. Their claims are not with PJI, but with the delays first initiated by ******, then the flood that created problems that required not only multiple delays and issues with PJI, but with the Municipal Building, Fire Inspector, who delayed the permitting sequence for almost six months. As business with good Municipal relationships such as Pillar doesnt take six months to rubber stamp a Fuel Tank Permit. These delays were due to a bad or poor relationship between Pillar of Fire and Building Inspector approving and issuing permits until they fulfilled their previous obligations with Municipal compliance before any additional permits were issued. I refer to the Tank Installation(s) Permits which were stopped more than three or four times along with the Tank Removal permit. During these continued delays, our **** had changed employment position to another company. Over the next seven months several new ****s had been hired and released of obligation due to non-availability to get the job done. Once we found a competent ****, the report and the *** was released using PJI documents in less than two weeks at an additional cost to PJI of greater than $9000.00 which was absorbed by same at no additional cost to Pillar. Once again, ****************** and Pillar of Fire complaints are not with PJI, but with the hired **** relied on. ****************** and ****** of Fire has had all the documents and *** for services for several months and had repeatedly request these documents only to have them resent again and again. It is now time for ****************** and Pillar of Fire to pay their bill without further delay.Petro Jersey Industries, *** did a great job for ****************** and Pillar of Fire. The complaint is with the **** and the **** Program.
