I purchased a sofa. Plus, shipping, which it called fuel charges. My purchase was over the free shipping price but had to pay just under $400 for fuel. The sofa Does not have a bottom in it. I was not told before I purchased the piece, there was not a bottom. When I called to have them come pick it up due to it is falling apart. That is when ****** told me, NONE of their pieces have bottoms. Infact in the O&A a person ask if you can sit on the wicker. Answer was yes, but cushions make it more comfortable. It has a shear curtain stapled with straps underneath. I have had it for 2wks. The shear curtain is already showing stress marks, meaning it is changing colors and at the 1st stages of ripping. It has already ripped in the corner. Has nails coming though or the staples and punching holes in the shear and cushions. It is a used piece, has spiderwebs, the feet are damaged and a different color. Has extras pieces added to help support the frame. The cushions are twisting in shape. The front of the cushions is over the whole thing, making it slant. The side seams are now not one the side. They are moving toward the middle of the cushion. Mind you this sofa has only been used a few times. I have asked that they come get it. I was told to ship it and I would not be refunded. I let them know they sold me a damaged product; they need to come get it. It is their practice to send you out anything and knowing it will cost again $400 or more to send it back. Therefore, they are not worried about you sending it back and having to replace it. There are other customers who have written about the furniture being damaged when they got it. There were offered and discount to keep it. Don't buy here. It is a rip off. If you buy furniture that is wicker. There are no seats made in them.
