After many communications made to this dealership, I was informed by **** that the bike was in stock and they just barely received it sometime last week. I initiated my finance application online and had all of the information completed, as well as, informed this dealership of my application number. I drove an hour to ********** to have **** look at my current bike to be traded in, and was given all the information for this 650 to be placed on insurance for after I finalized the deal with them. AT NO POINT was I notified by **** that the bike was already sold. I just spoke with ****** and was told that the bike was sold already, which doesn't make any sense because I had already started the process with **** to purchase the bike.Very poor communication. I was notified April 20th that the bike was in stock, I drove to the dealership April 21 and spoke with **** and was informed that all the information would be completed by ****** and I would just come in to sign the paperwork, I even called later that afternoon after 5pm and spoke to **************** and he not once told me anything about the bike beginning sold, and stated that he would start on my application in the morning. April 22, I received no calls or notifications. I called today April 23 and all of a sudden the bike was sold?? This is very upsetting, to say the least. I do not recommend this dealership due to poor communication and false information being provided to potential customers. No to mention the waste of time I spent driving an hour there and an hour back home. Update: Are you Racists **** or ******? After this situation not sitting well with me. I just knew that it could not have been a coincidence that all of a sudden this bike I was wanting to purchase, sold out of nowhere. So I had a ***** reach out to the dealership, asking for a quote on the ninja 650 I was wanting to buy. Guess what folks!!? Magically its still for sale, according to ****, and still there.
