Would not recommend to anyone. Overall terrible service. Went into store early September to get an idea and price range of electric fireplace. Owner **** gave us a quote of the fireplaces he thought would work. Price seemed good and the owner stated he would stop by the house to get measurements to clarify which fireplace was needed. The owner did now call back for another week to schedule a time to measure. Finally he stopped by a month later to get the measurements. He got the measurements and the fireplace he said we needed would have to be ordered and would be in within the week and then he would have it installed that same week. Fireplace was ordered on Oct. 5th. Fast forward two weeks went by and finally fireplace arrives and owner stated he wouldnt be able to have it installed till early November. His crew comes in during the second week of November to install fireplace and come to find out he measured wrong and that the fireplace purchased would not work, having to place another order to get the correct fireplace. Same deal, would take a week to come in. Another two weeks go by and he calls saying it came in. And scheduled to have it installed December 8th. Fireplace finally gets installed but they run a cord out the front of the fireplace because they couldnt find an outlet at the back of the fireplace. After talking to the owner he stated he wanted to charge another $300 to have this fixed. Absolutely the most terrible service ever experienced from a professional business. LOOKS TERRIBLE. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE.

Unfortunately, the construction process is not an exact science and in many cases requires adjustments to be made during a project. We are restricted by what ** Construction laws allow ** to do. As **** explained to you, we are not licensed electricians. When it was discovered that special electrical work would be needed for your cord to be inside the firebox, we could either halt work and wait to bring in a licensed electrician to make necessary changes, or we could use the option to plug in the fireplace outside the box so you could use it until an electrician could be hired to rewire inside the box. Many people dont think to make changes to their fireplace until it is cold which causes a slowdown in material delivery in the peak of demand.Please let us know what about the fireplace looks terrible and we will attempt to make any corrections possible
