              Signed contract/estimate on June 23, 2021 for a new roof on my townhome. I have a 15-year warranty with them. During rainstorm last year we noticed that the roof was leaking in the garage and starting to bow the ceiling. I called Rio Grande, they came out and said they fixed it. Next rainstorm came and it was still leaking. Got someone out here again to fix it. Was not fixed. I called again and was asked by the office worker " nobody showed up"? I told her no. Nobody showed up. Someone was supposed to come out just recently and never showed up. I need the leak fixed as well as the ceiling in the garage. This has gone on too long and the roof is still leaking. I tried calling the office again and left a message 4 days ago. I havent heard anything from them. I'm afraid the ceiling will fall in the garage.

              I had my stucco repaired by Rio Grande Lath and Plaster on October 9, 2023. While the repair is acceprable, they did not power wash the house as specified in the estimate. They also didn't fill all the cracks prior to restuccoing. I had to point out all the cracks I saw they hadn't filled and have no idea what they actually did fill. The icing on the cake...they stole my $250 extension ladder and deny they have it. I would NOT recommend this business. No one ever came to do a final inspection and the person who gave me the estimate never contacted me directly about anything once he delivered my color samples. I just hope the stucco lasts for a while for the $$ I spent.
