    We currently pay for the Enterprise package of internet, and have for all months of service weve had since July 2021 except for the first month when we had originally opted for the executive which is the mid tier package rather than the top tier. We pay $100+ monthly and can stream moderately fine on our TVs however, gaming, downloading and uploading simply doesnt happen smoothly or quickly. You call to ask for a technician to be sent out only to have them say we can send one out Friday evening at the earliest and when Friday evening comes no one shows up. So you reach out on the next business day only to get a similar answer and either A. a technician that doesnt show up or B. a technician whom cant fix any of the internet speed problems, slow download speeds, latency issues, packet loss, etc etc. ***** said we likely had too many devices connected at once (12 *** at one time IF theyre all on and connected, normally 6 are likely on all at the same time) and to unplug the router and connect our computer directly to the white box that supplies the internet from the satellite on our home, that didnt fix the issue as the speeds and problems we were having did not change when going from numerous devices on the service to a singular device. Its uncanny to think that after over a year of service and a year of complaining of these issues that have been unchanging that no effort has been made to resolve them. Its amazing how many times weve been told that there are plenty of clients who game, stream, and use the service for work and have absolutely none of the problems we have yet these problems have not been addressed nor resolved. The only reason I continue to subscribe to the service is a lack of options in my area. Ive been tempted many times to downgrade my internet package, however I fear the speeds slowing down much more than they are currently.
