I had a repairman come to my home to fix a washer that was putting out a code. He spent an hour just to tell me what the code was and that it wasnt worth fixing. Then charged me $147 for that. When I questioned the fee and offered to pay just a diagnostic fee he refused to leave until I paid. When this didnt work, the 2 owners showed up at my door first thing in the morning demanding payment like little loan sharks. One of them had his phone recording me. Please dont let these men in your house.

GLAD to respond to this one!Facts:1) You called us for service on 12/29/23 2)Service was performed the same day and you didn't like the diagnosis found on your Kenmore washer. This machine is repairable , but not cost effective to do so.3) You refused to pay the technician and refused to return our service invoice.4) On 12/30/23, I went to your house to retrieve the service invoice which you refused to return to us and you closed the door in my face.5) You then agreed to pay after we walked away but still would not surrender the service invoice. We were then on the phone with the police requesting assistance in retrieving our invoice.6) Approximately 6 minutes transpired when you opened the door and presented the invoice and attached a check for payment.7) If you need to recall these events and your actions I have it on video as the second person was recording the entire event.8) Your son in law, *************************** called me at 9:21 cursing, name calling and threating to come down in his red pickup truck and whip my a--. I invited him to do whatever he thought he needed to do. Honestly very juvenile behavior on his part. What was he trying to accomplish?9) Not worst customer service- WORST CUSTOMER
