Placed my order for grilling savant 3 way skewers on 3/1/23. Never received the product. I have sent numerous emails asking for an updated and finally a refund. All have gone unanswered. I tried calling but a recording comes on stating that they are behind, this is not a scam, they have received new shipment and are working hard to get the products shipped. To date, 4/27/24, I have not received product or refund. Absolutely no communication or response over 1 year later. Definitely a scam!Initial Complaint

Order #**** placed September 2022 for four 3-way skewers never received. Tried reaching them several times by phone and they had a recording stating they were behind, however, trying to fulfill orders. I sent an email Oct. 2023 re: not receiving the items, lack of communication on the company's behalf and no refund. I received a response from someone named "*****" at: ********************************* ***** stated the order would be sent out asap with apologies for the "ridiculous delay", however, nothing else since - no email - no phone call - no refund! I would like to be refunded to the original form of payment for the items ordered. Can't believe a company can operate like this with all these orders placed and seemingly based on the complaints I have read, people are not receiving their products or refunds - shady practices! I can't imagine the amount of people who have not filed complaints.Initial Complaint

On 3/26/2023 I placed an order to Grilling Savant (KGM Grilling And ***************) for 4 of their 3-way skewers, totaling $71.99. Order #*****. My credit card was charged at that time. It is now 12/20/2023, 9 months later, and I have yet to receive anything from them-- nothing I purchased and not even an email regarding the delays. I have called their phone number several times and each time their recorded message details how very sorry they are for the delays, This is now beyond the point of reasonableness.Initial Complaint

I ordered (Order #****) from Grilling Savant on 02/24/2023 - 4 x - 3 way skewer kit for $79.00.I have called MONTHLY to inquire about my order....only get a message that they are working hard to fill orders (HA-joke).....have also emailed, (grillingsavant.gmail.com) to request they send my order on to a different address, as this was to be a gift. I have heard or received NOTHING!!!Almost a full year has passed and nothing! I am disgusted that this clown is still in business and is taking peoples hard earned money. He needs to be stopped if he can't provide what he promises. He is far from a legitimate business, in my estimation and should be shut down.Initial Complaint

On 3/28/2023 I placed an order to Grilling Savant (KGM Grilling And Metal Works LLC) for 4 of their 3-way skewers, totaling $71.99. Order #*****. It is now 10/27/2023, 7 months later, and I have yet to receive anything from them-- nothing I purchased and not even an email regarding the delays. I have called their phone number twice now and each time their recorded message details how very sorry they are for the delays, they are training new/more employees to deal with the back log, please be assured it's not a scam to take your money, please be patient and they are still sending out items, etc, etc, etc. I truly hope they are just an honest business that got slammed with a huge amount of orders that they could not fill in a timely manor, as I think their products are innovative and useful. I hope to be able to receive and use the products I paid for.Initial Complaint

I placed an order (#*****) on 3/23/23 for 4 units totaling $79.99 and I havent received the product yet. I have sent numerous emails to customer service with no response and have called the customer service number to only get an automated message stating theyre working hard on all orders. It then states that only emails with refund requests will be acknowledged.Business response

Yes, staffing has been an issue but we can assure we're far from scammers.

I purchased 2 3way skewers for $39.99 plus shipping $9.99 for a total of $49.98 on 3/4/23. I have not received the product and now it has been 4 months and 14 days and still counting. I get no response from emails or messaging. When calling customer service there is only a pre-recorded message stating they have a small staff and it keeps updating that they are shipping as fast as they can and have patience. No communication to the customers. It feels like a scam. I just want this resolved.Initial Complaint

I ordered 2 orders in March 2023 one on 3/18 and one on 3/30 for &***** each time and have never heard from or received my orders. I have emailed several times and never heard back. Never gotten any reply or my puchased items. Very poor customer service.Initial Complaint

I placed an order on 4/5/23. Order #***** for $71.99. As of todays date 7/13/23, I have not received order. My attempts to contact customer service via phone are met with a prerecorded message stating they are behind in filling orders and please be patient.I have reached out via email multiple times to inquire of the status of this order, with no response, although I do receive marketing emails because Im such a valued customer.Their most recent message said they were weeks behind, However, it has been months since my order was placed. Please expedite order, or refund. Thank you
