    In February of 2024 noticed a pattern of complaints from consumers alleging they paid for items not received and the business did not refund their money. Consumers further allege they had difficulty reaching Grilling Savant LLC for resolution or did not receive a response to their emails.

      On March 21, 2023, I ordered 3 sets of 3-way grilling skewers from Grilling Savant, Order # *****, for a total of $119.97.On March 22, 2023, I received an email from KGM (email: ************************* that stated they were at the end of 2022 and experiencing delays in shipping and wished "Happy Holidays."Since then, I have called several times the telephone number given in the email on their website: **************, and each time the message is that they are dealing with a shipping backlog and trying to hire additional staff and will be shipping within a few weeks.So far.........no shipment has been received from them.

      I placed my order on 2/28/2023. I have not heard back from the company since receiving order confirmation. I have emailed them multiple times. I have called the only available number and it is a generic recording stating theyre short staffed. Id expect some type of reply with over two months of delayed shipping.

      I purchased 6 skewers for a total price of $107.99 on 3/10/23 on my credit card. I have not received the products and after numerous emails and phone calls to the business, I believe this to be a fraudulent scam. *****, the presumed owner, has never returned an email or phone call. The recorded message on their phone states they are behind schedule, are short staffed, etc. but this is the same message that is altered only by changing the date when you call in. I emailed on 3/21 and 4/25. I called on 3/24 and 4/26. NOTHING! I feel this is not a legitimate business and will pursue whatever legal means I can to alert the public to their apparent illegal activity of accepting money with no intention of delivering the products. The website is slick and professional, however it appears to be a front for scamming people.

      I ordered 2 sets of the 3 way skewers on 4/9/23 for *****. Order # *****. Received attached emails thanking me for my order, etc. Couldn't track order but payment was taking out of my bank account right away. I texted them on 4/15/23, which is attached to one of the documents I have sent, stating I couldn't track, haven't received product but payment was already taken from my account. No response. I just want my money back and for something to be done so no one else gets scammed like myself.

      On March 4, 2023 I ordered a product called 4x 3 way skewer for $89.98 from Grilling Savant. I never received a receipt of purchase or the product, but my money was taken. I reached out to customer service and ** responded there were only 6 employees at the company and hed take care of it. It is April 4, 2023. I emailed customer service again. I have not heard back from them and have not received the product.

      I purchased an order of three "3-Way Skewers" from this company over a month ago. They have been unresponsive for an entire month even though they took my money on the first day. Whenever you call there is a recording that basically says they are a really small company and they are trying their best to fulfill orders. They will not take a call over the phone and make you leave a voicemail in which they do not return a call. However, they continue to take people's money even though they know they won't be able to send out their products for months. I also sent multiple emails and they never responded to any of them. They finally responded to an Instagram message after a month of trying to get ahold of someone. They asked for my order number and I could not provide it because they never gave me one. Then they told me my order must have been one of the ones lost in the system. I have been asking if they can look up my order another way and they will not respond. I am starting to think this is a scam. Could you please help me get a response from them?

      On 2/24/2023 I submitted an order for 4 skewers. As of today no skewers or any type of communication for the seller. On 3/2/2023 I wrote the seller to either ship my order or refund my money. did not hear back from them. On 3/6/2023 I attempted again to get the item shipped or a refund. Again no response. I have contacted my credit card company for a refund.

      I ordered 2 triple skewers 11/9/22. I havent received any information about why there is a delay. I found the customer service email and when I sent an inquiry it came back as failure to send. I ended up filing a dispute with my credit card company.
