            This vendor kept $73.50 of my funds without allowing me to reschedule my appointment after telling me clearly & verbally that it was okay to arrive at my appointment after resolving a vehicular emergency. I contacted the vendor immediately upon the emergency arising, was assured by the vendor that I could still keep my appointment & upon arrival I was denied service, denied rescheduling, treated in a disrespectful & discriminatory manner, & told my deposit is forfeited & that I needed to leave. The owner/manager behaved in a disgusting, unprofessional manner & made it clear that although I was upset with the theft of my deposit, I was a nobody who he could take $73.50 from after promising to honor my appointment. It was stressful enough to have an emergency en route to appointment but to have the vendor take your deposit after promising you to hold your appointment & also refusing to reschedule...this should not be allowed. It is unacceptable & it is theft.
