As I was making my installment payment which rapidvisa told me I will not be affected by the new fees increase which I started my payment on the 28th of February 2024,Rapid visa allowed me to finish my payment in July and I never had anything from them only to receive a message from them after I have completed my payment three weeks later I didn't hear from my agent that I was still having a new fees, they sent me an email showing completed payment weeks later rapid visa sent me a message that I need to pay for the balance of 916 dollars more for a payment I have already been informed of completion, now my petition process is on pause. Rapid visa is unable to put this clear for their customers to understand, also they are slow to pursue your process,when you ask for your money back the don't repay you what they are suppose rather they take about a 70? or more of your money, you can't even contact them 24hours on phone. This action is making me feel as though they are scammers because they don't tell you the whole truth they keep things you should know at first secreted to lure people in and charge you for things they have not truly completely finished. And this is truly frustrating and depressing. They kept reminding me that I have to pay the child fees of 479 dollars in the month of April and not once did they tell me that my fees was more than that out of 2000 dollars plus the only want to refund 535 dollars saying the only refund the government fees.RapidVisa, Inc. Do not use this company. Stay awayyyyy. The 5 stars are bot reviews. 0 STARS is more than they deserve. I had to deal with this company twice bc my wife is from Philippines. These people are incompetent and use a lethargic modus operandi. They are very persistent in their soliciting but after getting your money u have to push them to get something done. We have missed the April 1st deadline which increased the immigration fees. We finished our part way before the deadline but they did not want to get it done in a timely manner. The basically told us they have other clients more important than us although we paid the premium services They said if not happy with the services u can cancel within 14 days and get your money back. A big lie . You have to take them to court to get reimbursed .I'm still in the fight to get my money back. SCAMMERS!!!RapidVisa, Inc. Response

I’m currently using them. I wouldn’t recommend them to no one. Not up to date of these issues. Hard to deal with and or work with. Don’t take clients behalf first or provide the best service. Telephone staff is rude and disrespectful about your concerns and don’t address all your needs. Hard to talk to supervisor or get answers on issues that arise. Again I don’t recommend this company for many reasons and I can go on. Extra service are worthless. File on your own it’s not too scary. Worst you may have to be called in on these matters but you may have to anyway even with there services. Try another companyRapidVisa, Inc. Response

SCAM! DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!! I wish I had read the reviews before spending over $500 with them. I paid for the premium service so they can help me with my Removal of Conditions paperwork. Everything was normal until I got a rejection notice from the government because RAPID VISA FORGOT to send the check I have provided for them to send with the package. Thanks to this "mistake" I am out of status, and it took them over a month to send the package from the moment they had all the information printed at the beginning of the process. They refused to give me a full refund and only gave me a refund on the "premium" fee. When I asked for a refund they send me a page that has their disclaimer "ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. RapidVisa MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE SITE, SERVICES, OR INFORMATION, CONTENT, OR MATERIALS OFFERED ON THE SITE OR THROUGH THE SERVICES. We make no promises about the website or services we provide, and do not guarantee that our services are right for you. You are responsible for determining whether or not you should use our website or services. If you do use our website or services, you do so at your own risk. RapidVisa MESSED up my dad’s I485 form; most things on there is wrong. I was never asked to review my form before shipment and now the stress I’m going through to correct this mistake is a lot and RapidVisa isn’t helping in any way after paying extra for my application to be reviewed multiple times before shipment. My dad’s name is wrong, my sister’s and my mom’s names and information are also wrong. The more I look at the form the more errors I find. It hasn’t been up to 2 weeks and I’m getting NOTICE OF INTENT TO DENY from USCIS. I really regret not doing this application myself. They outsource EVERYTHING to the Philippines and you can never talk to an American when a hard question cannot be answered. My fiance was denied in her second interview with no explanation and Rapid Visa (Philippino employees)just said "sorry about that one." I did everything they asked. This was my last email to RV. "dear.. I seeked transparency and when you mentioned over the phone that I cannot petition for my husband I was confused. I have done more than enough research and knew I could petition for my husband. I was willing to invest but your focus remained on me making my payment first before I could get my questions answered. We decided to move forward with a well known lawyer in the country and we have already submitted our petition with expedited documentation. With time I realized that Rapid visa does what I could do on my own and what I wanted was to understand the entire process. I could not do that with a rapid visa since you only submit our documentation and do not actually represent us (like someone who files taxes as a third party) . I was not willing to risk a single mistake on our petition being how sensitive this whole matter is. I was also not okay with the reviews I viewed online from MANY sources and decided the safest route for my family and I was to invest in the proper firm and individuals who could represent us the entire way and carry the license to handle all situations. I appreciate you reaching out and remaining consistent, but I have moved forward with trusted sources and wish to no longer receive any communications for Rapid Visa. We appreciate your time in describing these challenging concerns. You've brought to our attention a gap where it's unclear to our customer what the next step is when completing the initial questionnaire. We see you completed about 30% of that process so unfortunately it was not possible for us to understand your eligibility for a specific immigration path. However, that should have been clearer to you in our process. We will surely improve that issue soon, as it feels terrible not to know what's coming up next.
