We take customer satisfaction seriously and want you to know that your experience matters. We sincerely apologize for the confusion and frustration you've experienced. We strive to be transparent at all times, but it appears there was a misunderstanding regarding the updated fees and the payment timeline.
Although you started your application before the government's increased fees took effect, you were unable to complete the requirements even after we sent you multiple reminders to ensure your process would be completed before the fee increase deadline. Unfortunately, as your application wasn't submitted in time, the new fees became applicable.
We understand that this situation has caused stress, and we deeply regret any misunderstandings. I’m glad to hear that you and one of our supervisors were able to agree on keeping your account active while you explore options for a tourist visa until you’re ready to proceed with the immigrant visa petition.
