Jeremy ****** is a total scammer. He got me with more than $5,000 asking me for money a little bit at the time. I was trying to get funding for a property I had under contract, just about ready to close. With my desperation to get the funding I did not pay attention to the scam and I trusted his email promising me that I would get my loan after I send him money for origination fees $(1,600), then he asked for MIP (Mortgage Insurance Premium) funds $3,200. Then requested another $1,600 for Mortgage Security Instruments. Then he said everything is ready for us to send you the money to your account. All of the sudden I got another request for closing cost, transfer fees, another $1,000 in order for him to send the money.

At that point I really had to stop and probably take my losses because it was already more than obvious that this guy is dripping me out running his scam at 100% full blast.

The address shown for his business is a Dollar Tree store address. He also has like a UK accent and the telephone connection is not clear and it sounds like an overseas distance connection.

I post to this site not in a form of retaliation, but more in the form of advocating for the new entrepreneurs to be aware of this kind of criminals that are hurting the small businesses in
our country.

I'm willing an open to share with anybody email trends with this criminal for any purpose.
