These people are not reputable. They advertised an RV for sale with a down payment. Then, when I went to sign the contract they told me my down payment was a Fee and would not apply to principal. They claimed the fee went to house and repair the rv for sale (not my problem). At this point I had already given the money. As soon as I took the RV home it broke down within 24 hours with major electrical issues that I'm still trying to solve today. They claimed they would fix them but they didn't, they wasted more of my time and money to bring the rv back to them across state lines. On the way home the same issues persisted. The man tried to scare off my friend that came to check the rv with me when I bought it, telling me my friend would break the rv if he checked it. A total scam and misrepresentation. This dealer kept telling me Not to put things in writing via text with him and only call him. I'm very upset as the rv has been through 4 inverters and six batteries in two years. I finally gave up and parked it in storage. I'm seeking legal representation to settle this issue. I advise you Don't buy from them. The rv's on their site haven't been available for years.

The complainant contacted us regarding a motor home we had in our program. Prior to her coming out to Las Vegas, she requested a copy of our contract.  She was emailed a blank copy of our contract on Mon, Feb 22, 2021 at 1:03 PM  for her to review she confirmed receipt Mon, Feb 22, 2021 at 1:09 PM.  She was able to review the terms of the contract, she returned her application at Wed, Feb 24, 2021 at 6:12 PM via email.  She decided she wanted the Southwind so I completed the blanks on the contract and sent it to her Thu, Feb 25, 2021 at 12:07 PM which she signed and returned but it was not a done deal until she came to inspect the rv.    I was not present when her and a gentleman did the walk through but I can imagine if he was flipping switches and changing things he could have asked him to pay attention and not flip switches that he did not understand what they were for but both parties were present during the walk through. Regarding the "down payment" that was never stated as such it was regarded as a "fee" and is non refundable which is clearly stated on the contract and also the application.    Per my memory they stayed at an rv park in town to acclimate to the rv.   I believe they had left town to head back to california and contact us stating that the toilet was leaking and the stereo and dash ac were not working. On 3-1-21 a rv technician rewired the battery disconnect, tightened a clamp on the low point drain and repaired the porch light switch.  They returned in the rv  mid March and on 3-14-2021 we had an rv technician replace the toilet seal and he repaired the plug for the stereo.

Nothing was stated about any problems for a very long time.  I have to go back since the beginning of the contract but she is consistently late and does not understand the late fee clearly stated on the contract, in fact she refused via text message to pay a late fee, her refusal does not mean that it is not due, in the beginning everything was fine but she is behind on payments and the registration has not been paid for two years as of 3/8/24.

When she started to complain we requested to have a technician from the area come and inspect the rv to see what could be done and to see the condition of the rv and she flat out refused to let us know where the motorhome is and has to this day refused.   Her voice mail is always full so you cannot speak to her.  11/20/23 I texted her to let her know that the owners were willing to let her have the motorhome for $20,000 and they would pay off the difference.  We have repeatedly stated we would send a tech to do an inspection but I was told her tech inspected it.   She states she has had problems from the beginning but it makes no sense when she brought it back and never once said she had electrical issues.

Motor homes require constant care and attention.  batteries, tires, spark plugs, smog checks, roof sealing etc need done periodically and it is our understanding that none of these things are done.   You need to have a surge supressor for the power plug to guarantee you do not get a surge causing electrical problems and you need a flow regulator to make sure the water pressure at the park is not too high to damage pipes.   You have to make sure you do not have an rv parked in an area with rats that can cause huge damage to electrical systems.  After three years and being down on payments and unpaid fees this complaint is filed.  We have not seen a single receipt for anything done to the rv, including maintenance, and she knew she was not to drive this rv on city streets because the registration is extremely past due and she has not gotten the smog done.

I have the receipts for the work we did on this motorhome if you would like them for inspection.  I also can go through records and look up all payments received and not received and the payments sent to the lender on the motorhome.

The owners have a right to know where their motorhome is and she refuses to tell them.

Negative. The Ad on Craigslist in California from this Outfit said $8000 down and take over the payments. I looked up their reviews during the process of purchasing and saw that three people had complained about a fee that was undisclosed. I immediately asked Kenny about the fees and he told me it was nonsense, so did his partner, I asked many times! They said it was all hubaloo and not to listen to it. never did they mention that my $8000 Down Payment was A FEE until after they had collected it via Zelle, held it at least a week or so claiming to be prepping my ARV, then the day I can’t to pick it up they sprang a document on me that wasn’t in the contract they sent over. The document claimed there was a fee, but it did not enumerate the fee. Also, the document did not list my $8000 as a fee, it just said there was a fee. The coach broke down before I got him and woke us up at 3 AM with shrill sirens that made us jump up on alarm. I sent them a lint of all the things that needed to be fixed and brought it back assap. They purposefully barged in on us 45 minutes early knowing we got in at 2Am and rushed us with the repairs, not really fixing everything and then said that was the only time they had. This is a scam. My friend never pushed any buttons. This dealer was running a con and he knows it: telling me not to let my friend inspect it because my friend would break it (how could he know that)? As for the condition of the coach? The spark plugs were Corroded, the tires were 13 years old, no tune up or oil change had been done, the oil was old and black. I have mechanics that worked on it. The dealers claimed they used my $8000 to fix and clean the coach. I have photos of the interior. Everything was coated in dust, the window curtains were stained all the way across (they had them open when I looked) and they claimed they didn’t know what it was. It turned out to be from a huge interior leak - and what’s more - they stains washed out in one way. Telling me that they didn’t even clean the curtains, much less the rv. Nothing was as they said it was and they guy conned me into being afraid to let y friend really inspect it. There were seven leaks on the coach before we made it home. I have records of texting these people and they refused to respond in writing and the man even told me STOP putting it in test as if I’m dumb enough to think I shouldn’t document this process. Also, the window screens were all hanging out of the frame, the alarm would go off every time it was unplugged. They know what they did. This is the way they do business. The vehicle hasn’t been able to pass smog and it has been sitting for two years due to the electrical problems. The dealers are well aware of this, as I have text messages over the period of time. Of course I don’t want to pay the payments anymore. I have asked for the return of my $8000 for more than a year, possibly two. Once I realized the electrical problems and leak were there from the beginning and that they tricked me, I was very upset. How is it legal to take $8000 down payment and not apply it to the priincipal? It’s not. That is misrepresentation and possiblely fraud. We have Never had it with any rats or anything of the like. The RV was treated at the utmost care. It was parked in Newport Beach in the most exclusive RV park in the USA and these dealers went there and ruined my reputation with them instead of dealing with me directly (defamation and slander). I do not answer the phone for them because they have tried to bully and threaten me with harm. They also lie and refuse to out things in writing. Therefore, I expect them to respond in writing so that I can document the truth of the interaction. I am happy to return the RV as soon as Premier RV returns my $8000 down payment that they tried to call a $8000 FEE for work they never did on the rv before I even came into the picture. That is Fruad, especially after first collecting my money under the ruse of it being a down payment and me driving all the way back to California from Nevada twice to do so. The advertisement (Regulation Z) in my home state of California. There is no statute of limitations on Fraud and I do believe this would classify as such. Of course I don’t want to pay nearly $1000 a month for an RV that can’t be used without a PLUG!!!!! That’s a LEMON! The water pump issue is due to the electrical issue. We had pressure regulators. That was not the issue. We had the ARV tech out every two weeks and always on back order. I have many techs that will attest to this if this matter goes to court. I should not have to pay for their misrepresentation and I am holding the RV for the return of my ill-gotten $8000 DOWN PAYMENT that they refused to apply to principal. I am more than happy to settle this in court should they devise me any further negative financial consequences.
