    This business is not thorough, knowledgeable, professional or honest. I brought my van in there twice. First time they said it was fixed. It took over a month and I had to call them to find out what was going on with my van. I went and picked it up and paid $1400 dollars for the supposed repairs. I went out of town and the van did the exact thing I just paid them $1400 dollars to fix. My son was able to do some research and find that the issue was common in the Duramax diesel vans and told me what to do to get it home. I called *****'s automotive and told them that the van was not fixed. They told me to bring it back in. I brought them the information on exactly what was wrong with the van and the exact $25 part that was needed to fix the van. AGAIN over a month went by and I had to reach out to them to see what was going on with my van? They stated they could not get it to duplicate what I had stated was wrong with the van. I went and picked up the van and asked them why they didn't just do what I asked them to do based on the information I brought them on how to fix the issue? Again, they stated they couldn't get it to duplicate. I took the van and on the way home the van was so loud and so hot. They had not even put the engine cover back on right. I took it back and they supposedly put the engine cover back on. I got home and found out that they had never even taken the engine cover off the engine to begin with. They tried but you can't get it off unless you take out one of the front seats. I took one of the seats out and got the engine cover off and the rubber seal was inside the engine of the van. It took me HOURS to fix it. They also put 80 miles on the van while they had it and there was a dent on the bumper with white paint on it. They never offered to make it right. I will never take a vehicle back to them and I am filing a lawsuit against them.
