The gutters were attached to the roof and in poor condition. The cost to replace the gutters was1000. She chose not to have them done. I hire a local gutter company to do my gutters and I had given her a quote and my cost to get them done. She called my company and said she wanted new gutters and I left a message right away saying that I would set her up directly with my gutters guys and instead she complained and called me a crook and complained to the bbb and did not return my call.
