I placed an order with this company in November 2023 and the order was for (2) shirts. Instead of contacting me advising that (1) shirt was no longer in stock, my delivery came with a paper. I contacted their customer care on 12/29/23 and they told me that the shirt that was out of stock will be restocked in ***** days and can ship if I choose to wait or I can get a refund or store credit that will never expire. I really love the shirt so I chose to wait. I followed up again on 1/10/23 for an update on the restock of the shirt in which they told me it has not been restocked yet but to be on the look out for updates within the next 1-2 weeks. They also advised I can continue to wait or request a refund or store credit again but I chose to wait. I followed up again on 2/6/23 but got no response and that is when the ignoring/no response started. I followed up again on 2/14/23 and nothing. I followed up again 2/15/23 and no response so I requested a refund instead and I have yet to get the refund or a response. I started a new email thread to see if that would work and it did not, no response. I tried calling them and no one picks up. So instead, they still have my money for 1 shirt and I have nothing to show for it. I have the entire email thread as proof of all of this.I had an issue with them back in 2016 and it was very similar but here I am thinking 2023/2024, the company might have gotten better but I was WAY wrong. Do NOT order from this company or if you do, please note you may just be giving your money away as if they are a charity. I have a lot of friends who love the shirts I do have from them but will NEVER think of ordering anything from this company since they know what I went through twice with them.Customer response

I placed an order on 4 April for $66.70 and received email confirmation and the following emails:4 April ****** Due to the volume of orders in our system your payment will be processed within 2-3 business days.Based on that timeframe your order is scheduled to ship within **** business days. Timeframe does not include holidays or weekends when post offices are closed. If you do not receive your shipment confirmation after 2 weeks, we recommend you contact us at Customer ******* April ****** Due to the sheer volume of orders placed for these handcrafted items, we have experienced a slight delay with order fulfillment. :( We sincerely apologize for the extended shipment timeframe and inconvenience. We are actively resolving this matter and will be sure to ship your garment(s) expedited mail within the next **** business days. For your continued patience we will be providing a $15 store credit along with your purchase.I did not receive product nor the $15 store credit.18 May ****** About Your Order:Be on the lookout for your parcel AND complimentary item between 5/19 and 5/26 via **** Priority Mail.We sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding for the extended delay and inconvenience. In my inquiries I have included my order number.I have received NO response to ANY of my inquiries. My last email and IG DM was a request for a refund. As of 7 Sep, I have yet to receive my order, communication from the Company, or my requested refund.Customer response

I ordered a shirt 8/7 and have yet to receive a tracking number. Per their email, I should contact customer care if I did not receive a tracking number within **** business days. I emailed customer care and sent a private message on Instagram to no avail. Id like a refundCustomer response

I ordered a shirt from servedfresh on April 5, 2023. Received my order confirmation immediately after. The email stated I would receive a shipping confirmation with in **** business days. Never received it. On April 27, 2023, I received an email from servedfresh stating there was a delay and my shirt would be shipped in another **** business days. I waited the 10 days and heard nothing. At that point I began to email, text, DM servedfresh daily. They never responded to anything. Servedfresh even went as far as blocking my number and blocking my email. I continue to post my concerns under their IG page. Sporadically they will reply with DM us your info, which I do to no response. Its June ************************************** have heard from servedfreshCustomer response

I placed an order which was originally supposed to be a Christmas gift with the order placement date of 12/2/22. Order #***** The order was $125.77 for three sweaters. I received two items but I am still missing one. I was informed that the original sweatshirt was out of stock and I was asked to provide an alternative option which I did.1) Immediate shipment upon restock. Item will restock within ***** days.2) Replacement of your item with another item 3) Store credit for the amount you purchased. Store credit does not expire.I chose option 2. I have not heard back since. That message was on 1/12/23. I have sent numerous emails. I have messaged on social media. I have used the contact us option on the website. I have messaged the telephone number. I continue to receive no response. It is as if I am blatantly being ignored. I have tried to be understanding but it is now 7 months with no response and no resolution. It is quite unfair. It is even more upsetting to now know that I live less than 20 minutes from the business address. Placed an order on May 3 and this company says **** business days for delivery but I still haven't received what I paid for. The order number is #*****. I have called and sent numerous emails with no reply. This isn't the first time this has happened with this company and looking at all the complaints they seems to be a repeat offender. I even sent them a DM on instagram and got no reply. I just want what I paid for in a timely fashion or at least some kind of update. I've also attached a copy of the order receipt in case they try to come back with a response that they have no record of my order or some ** like that like they've done in their response to so many other people with the same complaintCustomer response

I placed an order with company on April 30,2023 and here it is a month and a half later and I still havent received my package. The company emailed me on may 18,2023 and stated that my package would be arriving between may 19 and may 26. I tried contacting the company via chat and phone and I havent been able to contact anyone. At this point I just want merchandise so I can move on. My order number is RF#*****. I placed an order an order on 01/28/2023 and have yet to receive my item. I have email several times and have been told the item is being sent and never received shipping info, I continue to email weekly asking for update and they have stopped communicating.Customer response
