Hello,I bought the Kobe ****** ********** in November and received the Selma ********** instead. They are both ****, so I figured it was an honest mistake from the company that *** be resolved. I contacted customer service over 10 times through email and through their website. No response. I called their home office and finally someone picked up. He reassured me that the Kobe ********** would be sent to me to resolve the issue. That was the first week of January. I still have not received anything. No update, no email, no tracking. Ive called several times and the company has yet to answer the phone. The customer service email address stated on the their voicemail is incorrect. Ive dmed them as well. It seems that this company is participating in fraud activities. Ive seen other complaints on ******** and Instagram with similar issues. I dont think they understand that people dont want to be charged for something they did not buy.Business response

I ordered one (1) item ( RF #***** ) from Served Fresh on 11/30/21. I have still yet to receive my item. According to the tracking information (********************** ) )the item has yet to even be filled. I am also being charged for this item. I have tried to reach out to them multiple times via email and phone. I have yet to receive any response.Business response

I initially placed my order ***** on December 9, 2021. I received a email saying some items in my order had shipped but it did not tell me which items. When I clicked on the tracking number it said that only a shipping label had been created and they were still waiting on the items. On December 21st 2021 it showed the same thing so I DMd the company. I got no response. On January 5, 2022 the tracking number said the same thing so I emailed their customer service for an update. I got no response. I checked my spam folder and everything. Nothing. On January 7th I emailed again asking for a refund, again I got no response. I DMd the company again on January 8th I got no response. So far I have DMd their IG page on December 21st, and January 7, 2022 and I emailed their customer service email on December 23rd, December 26th, January 5, 2022 and January 7, 2022. I have not received a single item. The partial shipment status is bogus because nothing was shipped. Adverse weather conditions did not occur nor was COVID responsible as by their shipping policy if it had I would have been notified via email and I have received no response from them though multiple attempts have been made. They also hide your comments on their IG page so you cant see just how many people are on their complaining about their missing shipments. Others have suggested the company only responds if you report them here and on the better business bureau page and their is even a ******* page dedicated to suing them. At this point I just want my money back and not in check form either.Business response

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ********, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:I have attached the tracking number I was emailed I do not need the tracking number as the tracking number displays the exact same thing. A shipping label has been created NOTHING has shipped. Nothing has arrived to the post office to ship. Send me a screenshot of my order and documentation that proves it was shipped as I have attached the most current shipping status that I retrieved AFTER your response. This is a stall for time and now a documented falsehood by an LLC and its illegal.

No I have not. There was one sweatshirt. I ordered two and the route package protection was delivered electronically. It even shows, partially shipped in the screen shots I previously sent.Business response

We are unclear what the customer's discrepancy is here.

Customer attempted to file a chargeback and was denied after the matter was investigated.

I've contacted served fresh several times via email and instagram direct message and still no response or update about order. Purchased 8:48AM Monday 11/29/21. I have both emailed and direct messaged this company serval times. To date, I have not received shipment notification or a tracking number for my purchase. Their site states if youve not received shipment email/tracking number in 2 weeks, contact us. I first contacted them 17 calendar days/12 business days after making purchase and several times since. I have yet to receive a single reply to any emails or Instagram dm Ive sent. These items were a Christmas gift and now on Monday December 20th its apparent I will not receive my order before Christmas if at all; therefore, I want a complete refund of my $165.13 I was scammed out of. They sent an email that my purchase was protected by Route tracking but not if its never shipped and you have no tracking number to input. To be trying to make the holidays happen amidst rising food cost & gas prices is enough to make happen this year. To be scammed out of almost $200 and be short on gifts is beyond disappointed. This purchase has turned out to be an expensive and frustrating mistake! The only resolve is a full refund since I wont be able to gift them on Christmas Day.Business response

When that shipment/tracking number is entered on **** tracking site, it states verbatim January 7, 2022, 7:55 pm
Shipping Label Created, **** Awaiting Item
*******, ** *****A shipping label has been prepared for your item at 7:55 pm on January 7, 2022 in **************************. This does not indicate receipt by the **** or the actual mailing date. There has been absolutely no updates on that shipment/tracking number since. The screenshots attached are from, today, February 22, 2022 .
BBB, Please feel free to check the status of the tracking number this company has provided on the **** tracking site to verify the information I have provided.
