      In regards to order number: ***** - first of all, when the order was delivered, there was a damaged chair. And a missing parts to assemble two chairs - unaccetable.I have been following up for a week on the replacement chair and getting two boxes to assemble two chairs. Nothing has occurred. **************** is terrible. No resolution and they keep saying the chair will be shipped following up with the warehouse. Nothing is happening. This company should be shut down They either ship the replacement chair plus two boxes of parts or I will be following up with more escalation

      I ordered a table from this business, chairs and table top were delivered separately. Chairs were delivered first, and a few days alter the table top came. Parts of the table had already started to make their way out of the packaging. The table was badly cracked, and I opened a side to get a better look and I could tell that this could have been avoided had the table top been packaged correctly. There is very little padding that was provided for such large and heavy table top. I informed **************** that the table was broken and needed to be replaced. Its taken several weeks for them to sort this out, I've spoken to 4-5 different people in their departments and only today April 25, did I receive an answer, stating that they refuse to remove the table from my property, which is not easy for me to do, given that it wont fit into my car and especially not my trash due to the very large and heavy size of this package. I believe my request is very reasonable since they delivered a very broken package to my home. I am simply asking them to take away the broken contents and box that was so poorly packaged in the first place.
