            Better Business Bureau conducted an investigation into this business with the initial contact on June 25, 2024, asking for answers to the following pattern of complaints from concerned customers; receiving deceptive invoices for products they did not approve for purchase, charged for additional fees, items purchased were not delivered, difficulty contacting GTS, and their complaint issues have not been resolved. The BBB also asked the following questions; proof of licensing/registration required by any state in which they operate, a list of all locations both physical and remote, and a list of all company owners and any companies they have ownership in. Lastly, the BBB has received an extensive amount of complaints that need attention from GTS. As of August 5, 2024, GTS has not responded to the pattern of complaints. BBB has concerns about such business' practices and urges consumers to use caution based on their complaint activity and lack of responsiveness.

            GTS Supplies contacted me and they made it seem like they were affiliated with our credit card terminals company and asked if credit card machines were operating ok and they would be sending out some credit card terminal cleaners that were back ordered. I was sent a bill and product from GTS supplies for card reader cleaners (WE HAVE MAINT CONTRACT WITH ** ******* *******). We did not approve this to be sent to us and did not approve the purchase of $287.50 for 15-cleaners. No answer from numbers ###-###-#### & ###-###-#### (see invoice & product attached) After we received the unwanted cleaners I researched them online and found that GTS have done this to a lot of businesses. I did not nor am I authorized to order these products. My manger told me that we get these for free from our credit card company and would never order this type of product. These cleaners will be sent back to GTS with a copy of this BBB case.

            GTS Supplies called and stated that they represented our credit card machine company and that they wanted to send us cleaners for our machines. There was nothing about cost communicated during the call. They even stated that there would be not cost to us. We received the cleaners in the mail. About 3 weeks after receiving the cleaners, we received an invoice for $287.50. I have attempted to contact GTS and left multiple voicemails. I have not heard back from GTS about clearing this matter up.
