I started going to 3 Stone Dental in November 2018 for dentures. I couldn't get the credit so I had to come up with half the money - my family and friends came up with $2500 so they would start the process. I went in on December 28, 2018 and got all my teeth pulled and they gave me my temporary dentures (which were included in the total) and told me I would have to wait 4 to 6 months to get my permanent dentures. They said my mouth wasn't healed enough in April and May, I called to make an appointment in June and they then said they didn't have anything open until August 2019. I went in August 4th or 5th and they did a mold of my mouth and told me to come in the next week, I went in the next week and the Dentures were way to wide for my mouth (ok mistakes happen) they then molded my mouth again that day and told me to come in again the next week and again the dentures did not fit again (still I thought mistakes happen) they molded my mouth again and I had to come in again the next week (now I told the dentist i just started a new job at the beginning of August) but she insisted I come back in the next week - which I did and Again they did not fit my mouth (now I'm getting mad). Dr Ahn apologized and said she would contact the owner and get back to me (she asked my for myphone #) this was the middle of September 2019 and she would call me after talking to the owner, she also gave me her cell phone # so I could call her (she never answered her phone). I waited 3 weeks and finally called the office and asked for her an the receptionist asked me what I wanted and said I got my dentures so what do you want. Now I am really mad and yelled at her because I DID NOT get my permanent dentures. This going in every week went on for the next month (every week) and now I was getting attitude from her and went back 3 more times and they never fit my mouth. The last time I went in there during that time there was a new dentist and the dentures were to wide for my mouth again (6th set) and the teeth were crooked, so she just filled them in so they would be tighter in my mouth, so I wore them home just to let my family and coworkers see what I have been dealing with. Everyone noticed how horrible they were within a minute. So now I had to make another appointment and this time there was a new dentist, I put them in my mouth and he agreed they were bad. Then he said i would need a bone scrapping so the dentures would fit better, I told him I didn't have the money right now for that and just wanted to get dentures that fit my mouth and I asked him if I could do that bone scrap at a later time and he said that would be ok. He agreed to do my dentures and took a mold of my mouth, I went in a few weeks later and he took another mold and told my this is a several step procedure and I said that was fine. Then Covid hit and I couldn't go to my appointment in March 2020 - they had closed down for a while. They reopened in July but never informed me, I found out they were open in September so I made an appointment and first the new Manager was giving me a hard time, I was explaining to her that I have come in 6 times for my permanent dentures and none of them fit my mouth, and now this is the first time I ever met this woman (she took over for the Manager who was out on maternity leave) and she is telling me that I didn't have 6 different sets of dentures that they were all the same ones, I told her that some were too long and wide and some were just too wide. So she started arguing with me about it. Then I was called in, I asked if I should take my temporary teeth out and was told yes, the dentist then came in and told me that the molds they had done for me back before they closed were no good now. Then he mentioned the bone scrapping again and I reminded of the conversation we had back in January or February 2020 about just getting my permanent dentures and waiting on the bone scrapping. Then he said he doesn't feel comfortable doing that and he can no longer do anything for me. Now they charged me for the temporary dentures which were suppose to be included in the price of the permanent dentures. They dumped me and I should have gotten a full refund. I wanted to take the to court but they would not send me all my records (all the appointments and what was done, plus whatever other records) after I sent a letter twice asking for them,
