I ordered a product from Toolbox supply who was the seller on *******.com. The product on *******.com was listed as a box of 10 for a certain price. I ordered 5 boxes of 10 for a total of 50 pieces. Once the order was shipped, but before I received it, I could tell by the weight of the shipment that I was only shipped 5 individual pieces instead of 5 boxes of 10 pieces. I contacted Toolbox supply, who acknowledged the product description on *******.com was wrong and I should just refuse the shipment from UPS and they will issue a full refund. I refused the shipment and never took delivery of the product. Over a series of seven small refunds Toolbox supply only refunded $13 of the total purchase of $43.29. When I contacted Toolbox supply multiple times about the balance of the refund they agreed to issue the remaining balance of the refund, but never did. The last response I received from Toolbox supply was: "We did check with ******* and it shows full refund was successfully processed. In case if you have not received the refund we request you to please contact ******* directly." I checked with ******* who also promised a full refund but still hasn't issued it. I would not recommend Toolbox supply because they simply refuse to process a FULL refund for an order I never took delivery of and was returned unopened. I regret doing business with toolboxsuppy.com

On April 8, 2024, the customer was issued a complete refund of $43.49 through *******.com. We encouraged the consumer, as a third party in this transaction, to contact *******.com to track their refund, which we had already provided. We led the consumer in the proper direction.
