      I placed an order on the business's website on May 12, 2024 for $72. I received confirmation and an order number. I never received an email with shipping information, which the website promises. When I try to track the order on the website using my order number, it says the order is unfulfilled. I've tried to contact the business by the customer support email address listed on the site, and my email bounces back with a message saying the email address does not exist. I"ve tried to contact through Facebook private messaging but have heard nothing. Their Facebook page has many comments from other angry customers who are in the same situation as mine. It is clearly a scam that is just taking people's money.

      I ordered a paint by number item on March 23rd at the cost of $31.20. Their website says it ships 7-10 days, it has not shipped yet. No one has responded to email either. Order # *******1 Ad was seen on ********

      On April 22nd I emailed the company again asking for updates on my order.
      Instead of an updated they responded they were canceling the order, and I have received the refund.

      On Dec 3 2023 I purchased a canvas from the company "Painty". They do a paint by numbers canvas which was to be a Christmas present. I paid 55 dollars for the item. I purchased the item using ****** and am disputing the charge with them. When I paid I expected to receive a tracking number immediately but wasn't too surprised that it was there directly after purchase. I waited for one week for the tracking number or any information. After that and for two more weeks I sent multiple emails which went ignored. I then started to message them on social media saying I was going to leave bad reviews. The messaged me back almost immediately and said I'd have a tracking number by the morning. Three days later I received a fake tracking number with a link to where to track it. The website they provided said it was a fake tracking number. Many, many reviews on thier website are claiming the same as I. It's no so much the amount of money, they are literally stealing from people.

      On 12/07/2023 I ordered a custom 4 picture paint by number. If I go to the website it says that the order was fulfilled on December 16th. Tracking number is ************* on *********** but if I go to try and track that package it doesn’t exist. I ordered this as a Christmas gift and it is very upsetting that now I have to explain to my wife why I have no gift to give her. I have emailed customer service but not heard anything back.

      I did finally receive my package from the business. I never got a reply from them but I received my paintings.  **** *******

      I made an order $32 for a product that was intended to be a Christmas present for my daughter. A month later I have not received the product and have had no responses to my customer support emails. The order number was ORDER #*********

      Against: ************************ ***** ******* ****** I have been speaking with Bianca for months about resolving an issue with the creative team about my order. She has been avoiding my emails and often doesn’t respond until I send 5 emails in a row. I need the canvas print to be re-designed as Paintly stretched my picture without my consent and I don’t not like the picture they printed on canvas. I would either like a refund or re-ship a new print to me. Bianca has told me she will send me a replacement and speak with upper management but that was weeks ago and still has not responded This is outside their refund time, however, I was within it when I first filed a complaint in May. I want a refund or a replacement.

      I placed an order on 12/7/22. The order has still not arrived. I have submitted multiple claim tickets and always get the same canned response that there hay have been an issue with shipping. The first tracking number stated it was coming from NJ and then I was emailed a new one that states the product is in China and no changes since 12/23. I paid $29.95+ for a painting and have not received it and never get anywhere through their support. My last support ticket I requested a refund and was ignored. This has been beyond ridiculous and something needs to be done about this company

      I placed an order with Paintly November 25, 2022, ORDER #******, and received an automated email confirmation. December 20th I received an email asking that I contact the company if I hadn't received my order, and so I contacted them the same day. I received automated confirmation of my contact and was advised that I'd hear back in 3 to 5 business days. I followed up again on the 21st, 23rd and 25th. January 1st I emailed them asking that the order be cancelled since I hadn't received any response to my inquiries. I've received automated confirmation that my request has been received but still haven't heard a peep from the company. I would like a full refund of my order in the amount of $26.96 since the order hasn't been fulfilled.

      I submitted an order on 11/25 and still have no product after submitting multiple requests for an update on shipping or a refund. I have emailed them and made them aware I will be reporting them for failure to fulfill my order or refund my payment.
