      On 8/13, I purchased flowers from Sarata Florist for $68.65. On 8/14, I received an email that they had to cancel my order, and that I would receive a full refund. On 8/19, I asked when the refund would process and that same day, they sent an email back apologizing for the delay and told me that I would receive my refund as soon as possible. On 10/23, I followed up on the request as I realized I never received the refund. They responded that same day and said they were addressing it promptly. As of today, 11/8, I still have not received a refund from this company.

      An order was placed on September 7th 2024 for a flower bouquet in the amount of $68.65. Shortly after the order was placed, I received an email stating that the order was cancelled and that a refund was going to be issued. I have exchanged many many emails (all uploaded to this complaint) with a so called - ******** ****, who claims to be the customer service manager at **********************, where she states multiple times that the refund will be taken care of but yet here we are. November 6th 2024, Two months since the refund was promised. By the looks of it, I was a victim of a scam because there are hundreds of complaints on this company claiming the same issue I am going through. A REFUND OF $68.65 IS OWED TO ME.

      This company took the $68.65 a second time on 11/7/2024 one day after i put in the complaint on 11/6/2024. I am attaching the deductions made from my bank account both on 9/7/2024 and 11/7/2024 for $68.65. I am now negative $137.30.... Not sure how this is a refund??? Complaint has not been resolved! The new Requested amount for the refund is $137.30.

      On Nov 2nd, 2024, I placed a place order in the amount $72.45 for a delivery date of Nov 4th. I woke up Nov 3rd to an email advising my order was canceled because a local florist would not fulfill my order and the amount was refunded. The charge showed as pending and I figured that it would have been released since the company immediately canceled the order. It's now the 5th and the amount is not longer pending but actually posted to my account. This appears to be a scam. Do not trust this company to place an order with!!

      I ordered flowers online from Sarata Flowers. The order number was/is Order #******. The flowers were charged to my credit card in the amount of *****. Sarata Florist sent me an email later that day saying the order was canceled and they would refund my money. However they have not done so. I want to add that these people even charged me FAKE TAX, which Im betting is illegal as hell! After all the of this, I searched on this company and saw that many many people have had this problem ! I am livid!

      I placed an order on 11-03-2024 for a floral arrangement. The same day, I received an email saying they couldn't process my order and that I was refunded. I have yet to receive the $78.96 back. I have called them multiple times and been told ti wait in the line and no one comes back on. At this point it has been there is absolutely no sign of them doing anything. I have also sent an email to their customer service address to try to get some answers that way. All I want is to get refunded.

      Hi, I made an attempt to order 2 sets of flowers on the 15th of October, when I did the transactions the money came off my card, then I was sent an email saying that they were canceled and I would be issued a refund, I'm still waitng on that refund as we speak.I sent emails and all I was hearing for the past few weeks, was give it more time and it has been processed, one order # ****** and the next one is ******. Both were done on the same day.
