So let me start by saying I was looking for a newer truck ( used but newer ) their online advertising states they deliver. Cool. Very convenient. ...or so I thought.When i found the truck i wanted the representative called me and said quote " you do realize the truck you want is over 600 " air miles " away and said I would have to go pick it up or have it delivered so I better find something alot closer - I was offended off the bat from his first statement to me. Basically implied I can't afford a delivery fee or I don't have the means to make it there. they ONLY deliver NEW vehicles. Well from there it only got worse. The truck i picked when I first inquired and asked how long the process takes they promised ONLY 24 TO 48 HRS M A X.( started this on a saturday) waited a day checked in they told me they're waiting on the dealership.Next day figured it's been over 48 hrs it's gotta be done by now. NOPE STILL WAITING. It's now Thursday after 5 pm and still nothing. I tell them Okay enough I'm done with that dealership I'll find something else. They agree to cancel that truck and they'll add the new one. And it should only take a hr. I checked the next day around 4pm and the same order is still in progress. I reach out to c.s. they ensure me that this will be taken off and new order will be put on again within a hr. He personally will make sure of it. Here we are 48 hrs later and still same ol truck and order. Nothing has changed. I've asked again for this to be changed immediately and I'm fed up with this behavior and I want a manager or supervisor to call me. They said someone will reach out by the end of the day ( 2 days ago ) and still no phone call no changes and I can not proceed any further until they take that initial truck off. I see such positive reviews about them and it really make me feel a certain way as if they're doing this to me on purpose. I'm giving one last chance to make things right. Or this experience will be posted all over the internet.

My experience with Rodo was professional, quality and precise. I was looking to lease a new ***** ***** online without the headache of visiting a dealership and these guys quickly walked me through the finish line. Hands down one of the best experiences I have had. I worked with Rodo Inc., specifically **** to aid in taking over my high end sports car that I needed to get out of. I was extremely apprehensive to have to let this car go in the first place, but **** reached out once he learned of my need, and provided the best offer for my car. As we progressed, I was nervous about this being too good to be true, but **** kept me informed and worked closely with me throughout the process. They picked up my car without issue, paid off my remaining loan, and the deal was done as described and on-time. I could not be happier with Rodo Inc. and ****. My experience with RODO in getting out of my lease was so incredible. I leased a 2019 ******** and at the end of my lease, I had good equity on my vehicle. When I contacted various buyers (including ********) they all gave me par below the *** value. Then I ******* and came to know about Rodo. I filled up their inquiry form and within 12 hours I got a reply from ***********************, a Rodo representative. Rodo gave me a price that was close to ***. **** asked me to upload the vehicle pictures to confirm the condition of the vehicle. Once I uploaded it, he immediately confirmed that Rodo will buy the car. After 3 business days, a person from Rodo logistics contacted me about the pickup date and time. Since Rodo is expanding its business in Westcoast, the pick-up has been delayed by 48 hours than the promised date. Later they gave me a pick-up date and the pickup truck came on the promised date and I received my equity check after 2 days from the pickup, ******** received the payoff amount on the same day.All in all, my experience was wonderful. **** was there with me throughout the process. He was a wonderful person to work with. Everything was delivered as promised by **** starting from giving the best quote until I receive the equity check. I had a great experience with Rodo and specifically working with ***** Thanks, ***** You were awesome. I was super skeptical to put my 2019 leased Jeep Wrangler on the truck and watch them take it away without any payment but **** helped reassure me and really stuck to his word. I got my equity check the next day in the mail as promised and my vehicle appears to be paid off. I had only a few more weeks left in my lease and I was prepared to pay whatever jeep wouldve had me pay to turn in the car but I actually came out of the lease with money in my pocket, such a relief. Rodo is an interesting/unusual way to sell your car but a very simple one and they are true to their word. Would def work with them again!

Rodo is great! I wanted to get out of my lease without any debt I ended up getting out and i got a check for a few grand. My car was successfully paid off after a few weeks. I was skeptical about how long it took to pay the car off but they reassured me it would be done and it was. I would recommend them any day to anyone! Excellent service *** and **** helped me they were very polite and responsive to all my questions.

Speedy pickup and great customer service. They were able to purchase my lease after many false starts with other companies. They even pick the car up right at my house. Very easy transaction overall.

Had an **** lease, nobody else could buy it. Rodo did and I was able to collect the equity and get my account closed out.A+

They picked up my 2021 Hyundia Santa Fe Calligraphy which I sold to them a week ago. I was promised an equity check would be forthcoming within 3 days, Hyundia Finance would be paid off in **** days. Neither has happened. Their website states that sales transactions are FAST and transparent. Additionally they say that equity payments are made on the spot. ?? My emails and phone calls are now going unanswered. Rodo has my $50k vehicle, I have nothing but headaches and and ZERO money from them to show for it. ******************* is the Rodo person Ive been dealing with, his only comments when he decided to call, was that there must have been some delays in the mail. Im seriously considering hiring an attorney to *** this company to get my car back, and false advertising. Should have gone with the original offer I had from Carmax, they would have cut me a ***************** BEFORE turning the vehicle over to them. These people are SCAM artists, disguised as a reputable company. Shame on me being so **** to trust
