So let me start by saying I was looking for a newer truck ( used but newer ) their online advertising states they deliver. Cool. Very convenient. ...or so I thought.When i found the truck i wanted the representative called me and said quote " you do realize the truck you want is over 600 " air miles " away and said I would have to go pick it up or have it delivered so I better find something alot closer - I was offended off the bat from his first statement to me. Basically implied I can't afford a delivery fee or I don't have the means to make it there. they ONLY deliver NEW vehicles. Well from there it only got worse. The truck i picked when I first inquired and asked how long the process takes they promised ONLY 24 TO 48 HRS M A X.( started this on a saturday) waited a day checked in they told me they're waiting on the dealership.Next day figured it's been over 48 hrs it's gotta be done by now. NOPE STILL WAITING. It's now Thursday after 5 pm and still nothing. I tell them Okay enough I'm done with that dealership I'll find something else. They agree to cancel that truck and they'll add the new one. And it should only take a hr. I checked the next day around 4pm and the same order is still in progress. I reach out to c.s. they ensure me that this will be taken off and new order will be put on again within a hr. He personally will make sure of it. Here we are 48 hrs later and still same ol truck and order. Nothing has changed. I've asked again for this to be changed immediately and I'm fed up with this behavior and I want a manager or supervisor to call me. They said someone will reach out by the end of the day ( 2 days ago ) and still no phone call no changes and I can not proceed any further until they take that initial truck off. I see such positive reviews about them and it really make me feel a certain way as if they're doing this to me on purpose. I'm giving one last chance to make things right. Or this experience will be posted all over the internet.
