            BBB unable to locate business
            We signed a contract with Waterfront Exteriors/Bill F****** *n November 2022 for the installation of a Living Space Sunroom. Before we signed the contract, we were told that a deposit of approximately half (to purchase the sunroom) was required - nearly $39,000 - which we provided. The installation was supposed to occur in late winter/early spring which was then subsequently delayed repeatedly until July 2023. At that time we were informed by Mr. F****** that our contract would be fulfilled through *********** ******** *** ********s Inc. Shortly after that, the owner Bill F******, informed us that all future contact would be through his attorney, who also stopped responding to both us and our attorney. As of today, no sunroom, no refund and no contact from Mr. F****** or his attorney since the beginning of August, despite repeated written requests from our attorney. We would like our money back.

            Formerly ********** ********, this business owned by William/Bill F****** asked for and a down payment of $21,500 in October of 2021 for a $43,000 sunroom. They never did any work on the project nor did they refund my down payment. In May of 2024 their lawyer contacted me after Bill F****** was arrested for taking a $38,000 down payment from another couple and never doing any work. Working through our attorneys, F****** arranged repayment of my down payment. We signed a legal agreement that the full amount would be repaid by July 31, 2024 and I STILL have not received a penny. Instead, I have incurred an additional $2000.00 in lawyer costs. Bill F****** will not accept my phone calls, nor has he made alternative arrangement to repay the down payment. He is not trustworthy. I was foolhardy to proved that large of a down payment, but Bill F****** is dishonest not to pay it back. Also, he has been dropped by the distributer **** ******* ******* *** ***** because of his breach of my contract and is now working with a different distributor.
