I tried to cancel and i was threatening that if i dont pay them cancellation fee of $150. If we do not receive it by 5pm we will have no choice but to send to our collections agency for the full signed upon amount of $795. Thank you for your time and have a wonderful day - UT123 words from a supervisor and he was so rude yelling it i asked if i can talk to another one he told me no and hung up.I was respectful to this man for him to treat and yell at me i never met a mean supervisorUltimate Transport 123 Response

To Whom It May Concern,
As outlined in our service agreement, we have up to 10 business days to dispatch a driver for your service, meaning we are still within the agreed-upon timeframe to fulfill your request. However, you opted to cancel the service.
As per our policy, a cancellation fee applies in these circumstances, which you agreed to when you signed the service agreement. Unfortunately, during our recent communication, the interaction became hostile, which is not in line with our customer service standards.
We kindly ask that all interactions remain respectful to allow us to address your concerns effectively. If you have any further questions regarding our policies or need assistance, please feel free to reach out.

this company is the worst. They don't communicate, they don't keep their commitments, they parked 2 miles from the house that they were supposed to drop the 4 cars at and just started to unload them, My dad is 82 years old and they left him stranded. There's no bad intentions on the carrier's end; they just needed to coordinate efforts. The carrier said they were at the delivery location, and they understand it's an 82-year-old man. We advised them that any discount or changes must be discussed with the carrier.

One is too many for them. Horrible company, poor communication done them nothing they promised. I tried to cancel and due to a "glitch" there system it wouldn't go through and then was threatened with being sent to collections. Scam top to bottomUltimate Transport 123 Response

To Whom it May ****************** apologize for any inconvenience. Upon checking, we have the first available pickup date scheduled for 08/07/2024. As per the contract that they have signed with us, when a customer provides a first available pick-up date, we have 10 business days from that date to dispatch a driver to pick up the assigned vehicle/s. While we try our very best to have the order scheduled as soon as possible, client cancelled the transport on 08/09/2024. We are still within the time frame to do the service but the client chose to cancel out.
Client does have the option to utilize towards a future transportation, or reopen reservation at any time.

I recently was moving from ********** to ****** and had a truck and trailer needing to be brought here. I contacted the company and was told it would be assigned within 72 hours. 72 hours past and no communication. I had tried calling many times over and over with no response. It has now been a week. I left a ****** review and suddenly they started answering my calls. When I advised that I needed to go ahead and cancel the contract as I needed my stuff asap, they stated they were charging me $900 unless I deleted my review from their ****** page. And sure enough, they attempted to start drafting $900 out of my account. The communication with this company is horrendous, they give false dates and then they retaliate when someone attempts to warn others. By the appearance of the BBB reviews, Id say this is a common thing. *** contacted my bank and they have added a fraud watch since all my calls are recorded and I can prove the service was never provided, recorded call with finance department agreeing to delete our card if we delete the reviews, so my reviews will stand. They will try and intimidate you into deleting your reviews.Ultimate Transport 123 Response

To Whom it May ********************** check with your bank, your credit card was declined, and you have not been charged anything - you have paid $0 for cancelling your order, and continue to have fake accounts post bad reviews that did not even place an order in our office making false claims and accusations. Please take a minute to go over the Terms and Conditions you signed 05/30/2024.

I cannot say how bad this company is. I called and booked a motorcycle transport from *********** to Upstate ********. I requested a covered trailer. They sent a contract which I signed and gave the required $300 deposit. Luckily, during the pickup, the seller called me and said that he was very concerned about the handling of the bike, the equipment that they were using, and the competence of the people doing the work. And all for good reason. They sent pictures of the loading which I have. This was a pristine collector bike being loaded on an open, wooden bed trailer (the kind you would use for a farm tractor) on its side and against the front railing! Tie down straps were wrapped around places where you NEVER put them because of rubbing. The back wheel was against the railing. This is not the way to transport a bike!!! It would have never made the 200 mile trip with out damage or perhaps even coming loose on the trailer.I told the seller to have them take the bike off the trailer and leave. They did. I called the dispatcher and all she could say is "read your contract, you lost the $300. I booked a different company.They over promised (no covered trailer and the wrong kind) ), had incompetent transport personnel, and a nasty customer service phone person. I tried to cancel the credit card payment. No dice. They should be ashamed, but probably are not. I transport a lot of vehicles as a collector from both the ** and ******. To Whom it May ******************** checking, it was dispatched on 04/19/2024 and customer cancelled on the same day because as per him the motorcycle isn't loaded properly. We told that him we will get another driver for him but he refused. As per cancellation policy, If your vehicle has been dispatched and it was cancelled, your reservation fee will be charged in full. We strive to provide the best service possible, and we are sorry the transport did not work out.

I was issued a contract on 5/3/2024 by ***** of Ultimate Transport 123 to ship a vehicle from ****** OR to Anchorage AK. The quoted price was $2600. I signed the contract which stated $2600 for the transport of a 2024 ****** Tundra from ****** OR to ********* AK. The pickup date was for 5/8/2024 or within a few days. Yesterday (5/8/2024) I received a call stating they had made a mistake and the price is now $3500. Even though they made the error, I have to pay an extra $900 or they would not pick the truck up. All ****** would do is apologize over and over again and offered me a discount in the future. ****** kept telling me the transport company they use will not ship it for $2600. I tried to explain to him that I had a contract with Ultimate Transport 123 not the shipping company. As the company of record on the contract they are responsible to me and I am responsible for paying the contract price. They are responsible to the shipping company not me. Why would I use this company after the way I was treated. Had they quoted me $3500 to begin with I would not have gone with them. Now I am left with my truck in Oregan at the dealer. Do not recommend. I had called to get a QUOTE and was pushed to sign the contract before they would even start looking for pick up dates. I was explicitly clear that I WAS looking with other companies as well, and whoever could get to me first I would go with. I found another company that could pick up much sooner, so I went with them and sent an email stating to cancel my contract as I found someone else. I got a call this morning (4 days after talking to them originally) about how they found a driver for me. When I told them I found someone already, I was then berated and called highly unintelligent because I went with the first person who could pick up my trailer. I made sure to tell them I was looking into other companies but they did not listen, and instead of being understanding, they chose to belittle and call me names. The customer service (I say this incredibly lightly because of how I was treated, there was zero service) womans name was ************** believe, and she is incredibly rude and undermining. 10/10 DO NOT recommend, I can only imagine what would have been said to me if something happened to my trailer while on the road, or any other circumstance. I also reverse searched the phone number I was called on, and immediately got a scam warning, so just be weary and do your research. I found a fantastic company who is kind, considerate, and helpful, and Im very grateful I went through them instead of Ultimate Transport 123.Ultimate Transport 123 Response

As per the contract that they have signed with us, when a customer provides a first available pick up date, we have 10 business days from that date to dispatch a driver to pick up the assigned vehicle/s. We fulfilled our agreement by dispatching a driver on 05/02/2024 04:00:06 PM: Dispatched . At the time they were listed with multiple Companies - which is completely out of original contract agreement - Customers are advised not to place orders with multiple companies when transport a Vehicle, as stipulated in the Contract Agreement. Also, we have not charged them a dollar . We strive to provide the best service possible, and we are sorry the transport did not work out.

I have been scammed by this company and am in the process of. trying to get my money back. BUYER BEWARE "ULTIMATE TRANSPORT 123" SHOULD BE INVESTIGATED ASAP!!Paid deposit for guaranteed pickup with certain amount of days. The days passed and unable to reach the sales person. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY!! You get will bait in by making promises that are not kept. The manager name ***** IS TRASH!! I ended paying for $300 deposit for a service I never got! My car was promised to get pick up and I was ghosted by the manager *****!!! Ive learned many lessons from these companies and I promise you I will not get scammed again!!!!! DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY!! Never have I work with a company so incapable of communication. When i booked they said the price of ***** from ************* **, to ************ would ensure that the car would be picked up within 7 days. They then stated that if you pay 1225 instead it will be picked up within 3 days. so of course i choose to have the car shipped sooner hoping that they'd be able to get it done by ******. This call happened on Friday 3/29/24, i was called later that day and was told that the car would be picked up tomorrow Saturday 3/30/24. Saturday came the car was not picked up. I called Ultimate Transport 123(which claims a guaranteed price/falsely). I've had to call them at every turn they don't update you nor call you back ever/when they say they will, they don't know when or if the car has been picked up. after talking with the manager **** he stated that he'd look into getting me compensated for the difference which turned to him saying 50 dollars is all you're going to get or you get nothing. This is plain old false advertising from people hungry to get a sale but no hunger to provide the service you paid for. If negative stars were an option you'd clearly see them from more than me. BOOK AT YOUR OWN RISK! this company hold no integrity or honor. PURE SCAM. Also its 4/2/24 and my car has yet to be picked up. We fulfilled our agreement by dispatching a driver 03/29/2024 02:12:06 PM: Dispatched. Please be advised that we do not provide a specific guaranteed date for pick-up and delivery. All dates are estimates.We have processed a refund in the amount of $50.00 back to the customer's credit card on file. We humbly ask for a little bit more of your patience and rest assured that we are doing our best to get you picked up as quickly as possible.
