On April 9th, 2024 I **** *****, and my significant other ***** ******* went to Twin Tiers Auto Sales LLC In Olean NY to look at a 2009 **** ****** After looking it over we both went inside to ask a few questions and were told that the truck was a very good reliable running Machine. That day (April 9th) we were able to get accepted for a loan through *** **** ********* **** for the amount of $12,995. Little to our knowledge this vehicle was not certified for highway use as the dealership had promised. This truck was not inspected, had a check engine light that they cleared beforehand, had holes in the frame, and had an exhaust leak that was not repaired or looked at before it was in our possession. This ***** has been back to their shop numerous amount of times for different problems that have still not been resolved. This dealership also has not been informing me or asking my permission to replace certain things on the vehicle. Today is May 13th, 2024 and this vehicle is still shutting off and has left me stranded a handful of times in the middle of driving on the highway. The mechanic that has been working on this truck has been keeping the truck in the shop without giving me any updates and not dealing with the problems that it’s in their shop for. I have had this truck for a month and have only driven it close to 20 miles. This dealership has been treating me with clear disrespect including ignoring all my calls and telling me the vehicle would be ready on a specific day but it never was and I was not informed. The dealership even laughed at the problems when brought to their attention. They left a mess of garbage in my truck and even smoked cigarettes inside and I have a heart condition and cannot be around any type of smoke in that nature. I also have proof they did not put the correct oil for this vehicle it seemed like they threw in what they had at the time. These problems could have caused serious harm to the owner of the vehicle (me) **** *****.
