Dear Customer Review I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service my husband and I received at Arlington EuroMotors in Bethesda, MD. We specifically requested to speak with a manager regarding issues with our Metric Cargo Van, which has broken down four times. Instead, we were directed to a junior salesman with only six months of experience, and no manager addressed our concerns. Furthermore, I had an extremely demeaning conversation with Mr. D*****, who spoke to me in a condescending manner, as though I were a child. He persistently questioned whether I had read the Lemon Law in my state, which felt unnecessary and insulting. To make matters worse, he made an inappropriate and hurtful remark about my husband’s ongoing battle with cancer, which was highly unprofessional and disrespectful. I am deeply upset and offended by the treatment we received. My husband and I expected professionalism and respect, especially during such a challenging time for our family. I intend to report this experience to the American Cancer Association, as I believe no one should have their personal hardships joked about or minimized in this way. I expect a response and a resolution to this matter as soon as possible
