            Very bad inst, still trying after 3 attempts to fix their mess. Very shoddy and unacceptable install.

            To whom it may concern, I have never had to do this before (respond to BBB complaint). It is not like Mr. ******** is our first unhappy customer. it is not like Mr. ******** does not have a legitimate concern. Our original installers, who normally do a great job, left a few seams between rooms that were noticeable. We never say seams will be invisible, but we agreed with the customer and had original installers return and the customer was still not happy (and we even agreed) and sent another technician out and he repaired the main seam downstairs. We decided to order another piece of carpet from the mill to actually replace the carpet in the upstairs hallway. Due to the holiday season the shipment from Georgia took at least 10 days. We are in the process of scheduling the replacement of this carpet. Yes customer had some complaints and yes we are doing all we can to fix the situation. Mr. ******** had complete use of his home during this time. We cannot please everyone, but can try to fix problems and move on.

            And we do not have use of our home due to having all of our furniture removed for over a month so they could fix their mistakes
