      i hesitate to give one star. I was referred to Bison Turf by the *** Company as i had an issue with my *** mower starting. I had several calls with *** where they walked me through the process and then told me to return the mower to ***** ( Williamsville) as ***** is the current reseller. i bought the lawnmmower from **** ***** who no longer resells. of course i thought this was not going to work and it didnt. The managers at ***** were excellent and called *** for next steps. *** advised to take the mower to an authorized repair shop- Bison Turf. now we schlepped the mower in the car to Bison. the men at the counter were helpful initially. then the 'manager Ryan K**** advised i need a new battery. i already had a new battery and charger and *** walked me through many steps and advised it was fine. then we took the battery to ********** Battery who tested and said it was operational and fully charged. since Bison charged me for the little work they did i called them back to advise. this manager Ryan K*** was billigerent and told me ********** isnt qualified to test *** batteries and insisted i buy a new battery. i watched a video on *** website and asked to trouble shoot. guess what - their video shows the main handle which has to be fully upright and locked in place. the instructions that showed this on my mower were covered in taped cardboard. i certainly did not perform this action. i removed the cardboard, read the instructions and locked the arms in place. voila it worked and i mowed the lawn. so who was duplicitous in this obvious covering of the important instruction? when i called Bison Ryan K*** he said 'what do you want from me? you didnt buy the *** from Bison. i have never been so rudely scammed and plan to go online to all local venues to steer my neighbors from this business.

      Bison Turf at **** ******* Ave gave us a run a round They picked up our lawn mower 5/30/2023 My husband is very easy going He was told parts were in only to be told later that they were not-this happened multiple times I finally went into the shop 6/21/2023 and was told parts were in and mower would be delivered 6/22 or 6/23 When I called 6/23 I was told parts were not in I told Mike he needed to do whatever it took to get our mower that day-he had to go to ******* **** *** ********** to get parts when he called me back he said mower would be delivered in 1/2 hour-2 hours later it was delivered Way too much energy going back and forth with this place-will never use Bison Turf on ******* ave again

      Unfortunately, there was some miscommunication with the part that was to be ordered. We had a new employee at the parts counter and our normal parts guy was absent at the time and made an error. The interaction started with *******, and he was very understanding and pleasant. On 6-20-23 *******’s wife ***** went to our Williamsville location even though she knew they were not working on their mower and started to berate and yell at the service manager about her mower not being done. This is when it was discovered that the part was not on order. I ordered the part immediately. On 6-21-23, ***** came to my store to ask if the part was in yet, and I said it should be here by Friday, 6-23-23 and I apologized about the confusion again. I also promised that we will deliver the mower on Friday 6-23-23 so long as the part comes in. ***** called early on Friday 6-23-23 asking where their mower was, and I informed *** had not come yet. ***** then started to berate and yell at me on the phone, and demanded no matter what she wants her mower delivered today. I did some searching and located the part from another local dealer. Once the mower was repaired with the part from the other dealer (*** did come early that afternoon with the part that was ordered) ***** was informed that it was finished, and I took the transportation cost off of the bill. As for the delay with the delivery, when we were loading the mower on the trailer, we noticed the tire was low on air and turned out that it needed a new tube. I went to our supplier and got a tube and, as a courtesy, we covered the cost of the tube and the labor to install it. At that point, due to how ***** has treated our staff, I thought it would be best to limit contact with her.
