              I scheduled a chem peel on 8/20 for 8/21 at 11:00. Flash forward to 10:56 on 8/21 I get a call from another employee canceling it because I was 12/14days out from my last one. They waited until 4 minutes before the apt .. when I was pulling in to cancel after I had driven an HOUR to get there. Then after I explained I was trying to control my facial breakouts for my wedding next month she offered a back facial again. When asked if I would be charged for not coming (because they canceled) she said not this time..... THEY ARE THE ONES WHO BOOKED ME. I asked the woman who originally booked me to look up my acct. before booking and she stoll booked me. I have budgeted for these services to help my skin before the wedding (on an already tight budget) and now I've wasted 2 hours of driving and gas.

              Had 60 days to use remaining services after cancellation of membership. I used most of them but had one left that had to be used by the end of December. I was a customer since 2018 and each appointment I scheduled in December was cancelled by massage envy. The manager Jesus acts as if he is unable to extend the time I have to use my last service but it is a customer service choice. Rather than provide time so that I can schedule again to fit my schedule he acted like it was a favor to me to squeeze me in somewhere- not understanding that childcare and my job does not make it easy to drop everything to get a facial or massage when it’s convenient for them. Very poor customer service. I do not believe 4 appointments in a row would have been canceled if I hadn’t cancelled my membership. Terrible management and a very greedy company.
