I have been waiting for **** the field supervisor *************) to call me back for approximately 2 weeks and I havent received a quote. I missed his call today because I was in the shower and after calling his number *************) multiple time throughout today (12/29/22) he hasnt picked up or return my calls. Upon calling Meenans service number *************) I am being treated as having the burden of missing todays call on me when I have been waiting for approximately two weeks and spent alot of time waiting for a quote. I can easily have another company do the work but since I have a contract with Meenan I have the decency to speak to them first.Business response

Better Business Bureau:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ********, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:[Your Answer Here]
False information. I waited over two weeks to hear from them. This false statements need to be noted. If I received a quote the next day why would I keep calling and then further make a BBB complaint for help? This means that Meenan filed false business records about the date when quote was released to myself
