claim number ****** in response to the letter you sent me regarding my claim i do not agree , and the $25 gift card to delta sonic is disrespectful. i pay for the interior and exterior every month what would i need a $25 gift card for ? my 4 thousand dollar rims are ruined because your car wash operator directed me into the wash WRONG. my whole car shifted, i heard the scrape and the letter is saying that there’s no way your wash caused this issue. we’ll i disagree, i would like to see video footage because the person who took my claim admitted to me that this happens ALL the time, so please just fix the issue, i have been a member for over 7-8 years.Business response

We fully appreciate your concerns and have thoroughly investigated the circumstances concerning the incident that was reported. Our investigation and visual inspection indicate the damage in question is not consistent with the services performed at Delta Sonic. Our conveyor is specifically designed to make it practically impossible to damage a wheel as described in the report. The only way a wheel might become damaged is if a section of the conveyor rail is broken causing a protruding sharp edge. Our manager's inspection did not reveal this condition to be present. Certainly, if it were, other vehicles on the line would have similar damage. If you feel we assessed your claim unfairly, please contact our office to set up an appointment with our Area Manager to inspect your vehicle at the location where the claim was filed. The incident happened 10-16 at 8:05 to 8:15 , The attendant at car wash allowed the car behind me hit my vehicle leaving damages .Business response
