Today ************************* came late for the air ducts cleaning job. When he brought his machinery downstairs in the basement, and plug in the electricity was blow up outage on the furnace side. he started to do a lot of holes approximately 9 on the basement ducts. When i asked him why, he was agravated and asked me to let him to do his job. After he unscrew the main cover on turn/return vent he refused to screw back all the screws, when i asked him to screw all, he got frustated and said to me i need a psychiatrist and refused to complete the job. The thing is i asked him to cover all the holes and to change the fuses. He refused, i stayed in front of him and said i will not let him to go until will cover the holes he did and change the fuses so I can have posibility to start the furnace, to have electricity on that side , i will call the police. Than he called the police, he pushed me away, i felt and start to screem. The police came, and did nothing. He called me a "***", crazy woman, cucu... This is not a way to treat customers In their house, to abuse them verbally and physically. He hit me, pushed me and felt, thank God i did not broke anything, but i hit my head on the wall. left, and now i will do a complain with BBB, and Attorney General Office. Be aware of this jerk! You don't know who you accept in your house, you can be beaten in your own home, raped or killed.
