              I had a payment plan set up with them and I made my final payment in October. In November they withdrew more $$ from my bank account. I've made MANY attempts to get in contact with them but have not heard a peep from them. I've requested a refund and to be taken off auto pay so this does not happen next month. TERRIBLE service.
