Think twice before using Beth’s pet sitting service! We hired Beth’s pet sitting service out of Brunswick Ohio for a five day job starting October 11 through October 15. She came to the house the week before and we went over what we were looking for. Someone that could walk our dog three times a day for an hour and feed her after the morning and 5 o’clock walk. Our dog ****** is an old dog who is blind 90% and deaf. The only thing she needs and enjoys our long walks, food twice a day and water. No problem according to Beth. We texted her on the 11th and said we walk the dog for an hour and a half that morning and fed her. We left written instructions on how to feed ****** and a map to show Bev the route we take three times daily. Not only did she not do what was asked of her she up and quit after one and 1/2 days. She put ****** in the house and just left! Who does this to a pet? You ask why she quit? We have security cameras on our home and we can watch all coming and goings outside. Obviously she did not know this and would tell us things that we could see were not true. When confronted about her story not matching the camera she said she could not work with the camera watching. Is that because a one hour walk took four minutes? I would definitely not hire her to watch your family pet. SHe is unprofessional and unreliable. We had to get the police involved to get some of our money back. I guess she thought for a day and a half she should take all of the money? SHe would get no stars from us but in order to send this review I had to pick something
