            I have a signed contract with Northcoast Landscaping, Inc for the 2021-2022 season for snowplowing. I have paid a total of $340.00 for the season. This money has already been remitted. The snow began in the evening of Sunday, 01/16/2022. I waited all day on Monday, 01/17/2022 for a snowplow to come and clear my driveway. No snowplow came! I tried to call the number on the contract several times that day, but the mailbox was full and would not take my message. We had approximately 12-18 inches of snow with significant drifting. At noon on Tuesday, 01/18/2022, after again trying to call the phone number listed (the mailbox was again full and would not take my message), I had determined that this company breached the contract that they had with me, as I had not yet had a snow plow appear to clear my driveway. I had to call another service and contracted with them for the remainder of the season. I expect the return of $170.00 for the second half of the season. On Wednesday, 01/19/2022, I sent a certified letter requesting this return of funds. I have the contract, but do not know how to upload it.
