Poor customer service poor management poor dealership poor salesmen , I financed a vehicle a week later the engine blew up it took 17 days for the suv to get the engine replace , I went to pick the vehicle up I got 6 miles down the road and the service engine came on . Said the engine is overheating I check the radiator coolant line was not connected to the vehicle all the antifreeze went all over the front of the vehicle this is a disaster over this company & dealershipReview from Tina K

We have a 2016 Dodge truck that has been there since December. Keep getting the same story that the manifold has to come from Chrysler and they’re only releasing 1 a month ??. Another call they told my husband they couldn’t find this part anywhere. Another call my husband asked if he found the part will they use it. Service guy told him they would but he couldn’t find it. Husband went online at Advance Auto and they had it. It was dropped off to them 2 weeks ago and still no truck. The last time I called he was rude to me and said it’s being worked on now and that’s it’s actually on the rack. That’s been 1 week ago. Will never buy from them and we have had good luck with everything we’ve bought from. They lost another customer. We’ve paid over $3000 in truck payments while it sat on their lot. I am filing with Attorney General’s office as well.Review from William M

They are invading your private they took my mother n office ask personal guestions about her kids abusing her. Then would buy her car because I'm with her saying I'm maker her sale her car. It isn't like that she's upset that they accused her son of abuse.Review from Kim L

Bought a 2012 Jeep Wrangler 11/18/22 from this dealership which was 3 1/2 hrs away... not even 24hrs after I took it off their lot the check engine light came on took it to Auto Zone and it happen to be a coolant/thermostat problem before we could get that resolved 1 week later heading back from a holiday gathering the check engine light started flashing the Jeep started running rough misfiring. We were 2 hrs away from home! Long story short jeep ended up having a compression problem that is going to cost me 2000$,, Plus had to rent a car that cost 161$ a day Im going on 4 days now. Contacted the dealership and the offered NOTHING.. I did not take their extended warranty do to that they said I would have to drive jeep 3 1/2 hrs away for them to service it. They had to be aware of this problem and had to reset the check engine light. This compression doesn't happen overnight or within this time frame I had this Jeep,, This dealership has had enough complaints it needs to be shut down! They sell JUNK! We purchased a 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland from this company in fall of 2021. HUGE mistake...First of all, we were preapproved with no interest but when we go there it "didn't apply to the vehicle we wanted" although we didn't apply for a certain vehicle!! Also, in the middle of our purchase the "finance manager" decided to pack up and go home for the weekend, causing us to have to return back to the dealership the next business day to purchase the vehicle, very inconvenient!! We have had several recalls and the dealership/technicians are unable to get the mileage recorded correctly for the recalls and now it has affected our warranty and we have had to involve Jeep/GM to try and get is straight. The latest problem was when my husband had the oil changed last week, the technicians didn't even close the hood all the way and it flipped up while my husband was driving at 70 MPH down the interstate putting his and other lives at risk and he called them and they could care less that this happened. If you are going to spend money to buy a new vehicle, don't give it to them....they could care less about their customers... would give -5 stars if I could...Review from Brenda J

Found a Jeep on website for ******. Went to look at it. Ask the sales person for the price she said ******. Ok , took it for test drive. When we got back the price was ****** more! Sad way to do business.Review from Michael B

Was approved for a truck went to put a deposit on the truck as Im 3.5 hours from the dealership and they said they couldnt accept a deposit as there was someone there to look at the truck in person! So ran my credit down trying to get approved for the truck they had!
