purchase April 23 started acting up in July 24 stalling would not start right away cut off in traffic the car also did a jumped like back and fourth. Took to dealer oil change required lifetime power train+ to check issues I was having was told by advisor after the codes popped up cars typically can run 2 years some codes were spark plugs causing misfire. I made an appt couldn't be done same day car didn't last a week took to **** McC not having any sooner appt told by **** I needed an engine intake and cam ladder paid 357$. Called McC took car 9/16. After 3 days I was finally told what they thought needed to be done that claim would be sent to warranty. Had to call Jim or Tim the supervisor failed attempt's reaching Advisor. Supervisor said long as warranty was kept up they would cover it he needed to send in reports, after confirming that my warranty was kept up he assured me the warranty would cover week later was told Warranty denied 5-6 times due to issue being on the outside of the engine inside. Advisor went over costs to fix and told me that she would have her boss Tim help me with costs due to warranty denial. Then I was told that the price was 2661. Got car back and must of had it sitting in the sun because my side view mirrors both sides paint is peeling off and the car was not given to the dealer that way there was no paint chips or peeling on my car before I took to the dealer, the car is still leaking oil and doing the jumping motion it cut off 4 times in the last 3 days I just picked it up 10/23. They fact the car is still faulty and my paint is chipping is bad customer service I trusted them with my vehicle. I would not ever go back here due to the treatment. All they did was put me in more debt because I had to take out two loans to get the car back. The customer service here is shameful they give it to who they want and treat who they like with kindness. Fancy suits with no customer service guaranteed. :-(
