I could not even begin to give this company a one star review and wouldn't have if it weren't necessary to submit the review. We entered into contract with this company for a stamped concrete patio after working with Michael B. Michael provided us with a very well done virtual presentation of what our patio would look like. When we went in to choose the color for the patio, Michael told us there were no real samples to look at and that we just needed to choose from a brochure. We chose from the brochure and took a picture of it to make sure we remembered what it was supposed to look like. On multiple occasions, they confirmed they could meet the color requirements. After the project was "complete", the company came out to collect their final payment. The owner said the project was satisfactory. It is completely unacceptable. The only acceptable part is the pergola they built from another vendor. The concrete is blotchy. It looks like someone sprayed acid on it. There is no color in the concrete. In addition, they built steps out of decking material (Trex type material) with the underside showing) and left the edges undone since we were completely unhappy with how the concrete turned out. I would not use this company for stamped concrete. I have pictures of the horrible job they did. They do not stand behind their work. Their only attempt at trying to remedy the situation is to send some random person out to the house with no notice to look at the job to see what could be done. No contact after we didn't agree to let this random person into our backyard. We are completely embarrassed to have anyone look at our patio, and we are left trying to figure out how we can make it look halfway decent without tearing out the entire patio which would cost us a pretty penny.
