This apartment complex & company is terrible. Heres my experience with the company..When I first moved in I had a hole in my bathroom ceiling that was about 4 to 6 inches. that whole stayed in my ceiling in this apartment for six months until I got fixed. the original maintenance man was Ive had roaches The whole time that I lived there and it wasnt till the last month or the month before that when they finally did a bug bomb in my apartment. They never answer the phone you call at all. And if you call their one 800 number that they used to have they wouldnt do anything for you on the phone they would make a ticket and you would never hear anything back from it My bedroom windows leaked the whole time and I lived on the ground floor.My neighbors apartment directly next to me outside of it it would flood up like a huge pond and would come into her house so she has had to deal with all kinds of mold inside of there in major water damage. One of the ones thats completely frustrating is: I made my Duke account online when i moved in. someone in the office went into Duke and canceled my electric then I was charged multiple late fees because they said I was never set up with it. Then i had to pay multiple late fees because of their clerical issue turning off my electric when I literally just moved in and made an account. it was the biggest nightmare the people in the office have no idea what theyre doing when it comes to that.Thats apartment complex is changing management and even with changing the new management. theyre still not even giving me mine $99 deposit. And I even have an email proving that they said it would be to me before July 1 and its still not here. They have no clue what theyre doing as a business dont live there!!
