This company is trash! They take no accountability for incompetent drivers that they hire. They drop off small children wherever they choose to and not the assigned locations. Drivers are allowed to lie and say they are at a location and the company will believe them even if you are informing them that they are lying. This has happened personally to me and my child on numerous occasions and reporting it is a joke. This company should be investigated and shut down. They hire old miserable drivers that argue with the children riding the bus and parents that are only trying to inform them that they are incorrect and the right way to get to the location assigned.Review from DAna V

The bus driver targeted a 12 year old child. Even with a complaint, physical evidence and him admitting to it. We had to contact the police and the corporate office before he was removed from the bus. He continued to be the driver for 4 1/2 days. Once corporate found out he was instantly removed. Now he's suspended while investigated. There should be no he might come back. He is a predator and he should not be driving a school bus and it should be in his record so he can't try to groom another child. The child is traumatized and if we can't trust our school bus drivers who can we trust. Our kids safely are in these people's hands. He abused his title of a trusted safe school bus driver!Review from Latasha

Changed my childs bus stop because they felt like it. Lied and said my childs original bus stop was not the actual stop but my child has been riding this stop for 4 years now. A bunch of low lives.First Student Response

Our location has spoken with the parent to help her with the stop. Her student graduated from middle school to high school which changes the bus the student rides and therefore, the bus driver. The stop is the same and is within 3 houses of the students house. The previous driver stopped at the home instead of the stop. This was not approved behavior and a corrective course will be taken with the driver. At this time, the stop cannot be moved to the students home as the district does not authorize door stops for non-SPED students. This has been explained to the parent, although, the parent remains unsatisfied. The district is aware of the parents desire to have the stop moved.Customer Response

Like I stated initially to the supervisor who did not do as she stated nor gave a call back, my house is on a corner lot. When my child started riding this bus for the high school which was 9th grade, it was your staff that stated my child's stop was at the corner by my house. We did not tell your bus driver to stop in front of my house which is on the corner. So do not pretend that my child has just started riding this bus for the high school. If this was not an actual stop at the corner of my house, then that SHOULD HAVE BEEN STATED 3 YEARS AGO when the child INITIALLY started riding this bus for the high school. This was my initial point to all of this since you all lack comprehension. But it is apparent that you all make up the rules as you go just like you change bus drivers every other week. As far as the district being aware of the parents' desire to have the stop moved, I NEVER ASKED THAT I ASKED FOR AN EXPLANATION IN THE CHANGE SINCE THIS SHOULD HAVE BEEN STATED 3 YEARS AGO. Driver and bus barn employees are extremely rude and disrespectful, they changed the bus stop last minute and tried to blame us for missing the bus, when we were never told it changed until the next week out of nowhere! Wont give an actual reason why the stop changed! No regards to safety on backroads, driver speeds of and slams on breaks right before a corner and speeds off with a bus full of students! Driver has also missed the stop multiple times and said we werent out there, when i had been standing outside with my daughter that is in kindergarten from 7am till 8am on multiple occasions!Review from Ahrmeen B.

First student contracted our buses out. They were horrible to deal with. They only care about the almighty dollar. We had a bud with a wheel that almost fell off with 3-5 year olds on bus. They preach safety, but totally disregard all safety to make profit.. Bottom line is PROFIT! John who oversees Metro East area in St. louis region, is the biggest liar you will ever meet ! School has been in session for months and my childs bus driver has yet to come on time. My child is supposed to be picked up at 7:33 every morning. He has never (not even once) been picked up on time. Hes never been picked up any earlier than 7:42, which is a whole 10 minutes later. She comes as late as 7:54, with 7:52 being his most common pick up time. The bus driver has never apologized for the inconvenience. She usually just look as if shes done nothing wrong. She also picks him up on all four corners. We never know which ways shes going to come. My child gets to school late every single day because shes so late picking him up. I had to change my morning routine so that I can make it to work on time. I have started to take him to school so that he doest miss out on any classwork. I have sent complaints and so has the school. I even called the company to see if there were any changes to his pick up schedule just in case I missed something. They confirmed to me that the times are still the same. Its starting to get cold and I cant have my son standing on the bus stop for 40 minutes because we dont know what time shes going to show up.Review from Alisha B

Bus driver told our kids to sit the **** down and shut the **** up or she wouldn’t take them home at all. Drove WAY off the route, and made our kids an hour late coming home. My son had to explain what happened because my daughter was sobbing so hard. She had to pee and was sweaty and just a mess because she thought she was being kidnapped.First Student Response

We are aware and the driver was placed on Administrative Leave after that incident and was removed from service the following week after the investigation was completed..Review from Sarah T

This year is starting out pure garbage my daughter and I want MATTHEW back as her bus driver and on top of that I don’t like this new bus driver because she doesn’t know how to back up correctly. Almost hitting vehicles almost hit my car and almost hit a dumpster across the street from me and on top of that she yelled at my daughter for no parent reason and then I called the bus company. They snapped on me thinking that I threatened one of the bus drivers. This is pure garbage. You guys need to hire better people with a better attitude and then maybe everything will be smoothly for the year for other parents and children especially that are special-needs.
