I purchased 6 sessions of “DMK Body Enzyme Therapy” for $1319.18 according to their record-required in cash because they would not accept check/credit card and they only take cash. They said that I had to schedule online and I explained that “I don’t do things online” (purchasing, scheduling etc) because I’m not comfortable or familiar with it. **** said, “We will handle it all for you”.
I went and got the cash & returned w/ $1400 I was given coins but she said she returned $80. I asked for a written receipt. **** said that they don’t give receipts, everything is online.
I was told each treatment would be $190.
On 11/15/2022, I paid $163.28 for products they used on me during the service that were not included in the initial cash amount paid that I thought were products that I would be taking home to use. I gave **** my card to pay for the products. She kept my card on file without my knowledge
I was charged an additional $225 on my credit card in addition to the $1319.18/$163.28 11/18/2022, there was a charge on my Visa for $242.32 for charges that I did not approve and was not made aware of before being charged because the treatment was “body” and also because I had paid $1319.18
When I saw the charge on my credit card statement for charges in addition to the $1319.82 cash that I had paid, I canceled my card & future scheduled appointments that I had scheduled ahead because of my concern of additional upcharges on my credit card without my approval.
I wasn't given a paper receipt or explanation for any additional charges & had to have family help me locate the receipts online.
There is $897.46 from the $1319.18 remaining in vouchers that **** won't release for me to schedule & won't refund. I stopped in to schedule & she won't allow me to. She said that she would have someone create an agreement for me to sign. I left and called later.
She said that she would only return $500 of the $879.46 but only after I sign the agreement that she is having created.
