            Brightcovers installed a patio cover about 18 months ago. I submitted a warranty claim on march 6, 2024. It was accepted and implied a fix in a week or so. On June 2nd I contacted them to advise a week or so had passed and was told they were working on it. On June 24th I emailed them again and once again was told they were working on it but were short staffed in the warranty department. I have yet to have the repair addressed.

            We love our cover. The issue I have is one of Customer Service. I cannot immediately speak to a live person to get a simple answer to a question. I had to leave a message for someone to get back to me in 1-2 days. REALLY!
