Horrible employees very unpleasant and I was charged hundreds of dollars for using my debit card over a 3-month time frame. Disgusting!!! Tony Toy was rude and did not try to help in any way. STAY AWAY they are the opposite of what a Credit Union should be!Review from John G

We financed our vehicle with OEC and made our payments on time. Then we get notification that we are late on a payment which I couldn't understand since we pay it every month. Apparently they put our payments into a savings account (which we did not request or open) instead of applying the payments to our loan. Once they realized their mistake, they moved the money to the loan but it was after they reported to credit bureaus that we were late (which we weren't). We've repeatedly requested that they fixed their mistake reporting to the credit bureaus but we get the run around whenever we call. Learned my lesson and will never use them again.
